Good

When I first walked in, the halls gave me a dorm vibe. But the unit itself was great. Had everything we needed. I am very picky about cleanliness of furniture/linens (usually take my own)…I can say I was very comfortable using the linens (seems new). The couch and pillows were clean. Kitchen was small but didn’t cook so it was fine. Parking is tricky but location was great . The pool area was also nice. Laid out a bit.

Checking in was so easy and communicating with Mitten was great. The only issue was the TV connection. the shows kept buffering other than that all was great.

It was a great place to stay for two weeks for a bowling tournament. Better then a hotel.

There was nothing bad a about this property, just lots of little things that could be better. The owners clearly rent several apartments in the same building, the photos shown on the VRBO site are not specific to one apartment. For example, I was expecting two twin beds and instead was I was greeted with a double bed. The kitchen had plenty of dishes but not enough utensils, there is clearly no expectation that you will actually cook in there. The kitchen was also tiny, its a good thing that were are lots of great places to grab takeout within a 10 minute walk. There were others issues, like broken blinds and closet doors that don’t close. The owners had fitted a “ring” doorbell and a remote check in system before we arrived - these were great. I will say that when we reported the broken blind a repair person was sent out quickly. Over all I get the impression that this is a new venture and I am sure things will improve with time.
