Close to my venue in D3. neat and clean room

This apartments were a highlight during our Vietnam Trip. The Staff was extremely helfpul and they helped us in many different matters. The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Close to it there were several options to have a great local breakfasts or more international. I would totally recommend it

WiFi was slow. Not fast enough to use for working remotely. Everything else was great.

Location was ok

That the staff kept entering our room without permission, as soon as we left we noted that people had entered even if we had do not disturb sign on. Also they didnt clean properly we checked, and they didn't change bedsheets in a whole week. We only got one keycard even if we're 2 people. Don't recommend this place not secure there are better places in the vicinity with much better service.

Good location with a variety of local restaurants & shopping nearby. Close to transport for downtown and not far from airport Great balcony on 7th floor with sunrise and then cooling shadow for the rest of the day. View to Landmark. Washing maschine available on Ground floor

Too expensive for the facilities. However the laundry service was good.

I can cook ! and room is very good I left this hotel very early because of my flight. but they were very kind this hotel staff is very good

Room in a good shape

Staff were unable to communicate in English No room cleaning, I went out during the day time expected that room will be clean up but unfortunately it wasn’t. I went to asked the receptionist by using Google translate, and they informed me that I have to informed them to clean up the room otherwise room will not be clean.

very good for remote working, good wifi, big desk. bright bathroom with a window. we ended up booking twice (so it says a lot). super friendly staff. good location (cheap grab to district 1, around 2$), close to a nice vegan restaurant.

Very friendly staff and a nice big room. Location is good, with restaurants, coffee and supermarkets in walking distance. Had a nice small balcony which is very nice in the evening.

Shower in the bathtub was a bit too low for one of us

Very comfortable above average sized room with a proper bedroom with its own air-conditioning which can be closed off to rest of the accomodation. Design is functional with no unnecessary clutter. Highlander cafe and convenience store less than 1 minute walk away. Hot water, aircon, wifi all work very good. Nice accomodation to come back to after a day exploring.

Staff don't speak english but are very trying, warm and professional. Translate app can resolve these issues though.

Super clean functional apartment, surrounded by cafe, restaurant, mini mart, pharmacy down a quieter side street only 30 minute walk from city center. Staff were great, very friendly/professional. Seems to be 2 rooms pers floor, one facing street the other a courtyard. We had a lower floor street facing room, street noise was not a problem for us but guess it would be even quieter with rear facing room.

Nothing, all was very good

I was a bit wary upon arriving since the entrance looked kinda small, but the rooms were excellent. Spacious bedroom, clean with all facilities (I brought my own hairdryer since one review mentioned they didn't have it, but they do now). No amazing view like greeneries or landmark, but the view was clear and nice. Bonus point for fire escape, and that toothbrush and toothpaste provided are proper not disposable. The location might not be the best if you want to walk downtown for all the tourist spots and bars and pubs compared to D1, but it's perfect if you have a bike. Still close to everything, but quiet and pleasant neighborhood. There are also many eateries, a big market, and Tan Dinh church within walking distance. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, but some might not like the fire escape since it's right there outside the bedroom with a glass door (locked of course and with thick curtain). Seems like the water heater cannot be turned off manually.
