The lay out was great but no air conditioner. And lots of ants in the house

No a.c. very hot beds not comfortable lots of ants in the house even on mattress of master bedroom

The outside was nice

When we arrived, the house was not clean at all, my mother dropped her ring under the couch, there was dog treats and dead insects underneath, everything was dusty, I have a severe dust allergy and so do my little ones, and my middle child got bit by a spider on the bed she was sleeping in and there was empty chip bags in the room with the bunk beds non of the drawers in the rooms were cleaned out, the dishwasher had very old backed up water In itcand was not in working order, the kitchen sink was very dirty and i had to actually clean the faucet because it was covered in black gunk, the washing machine for clothes smelled very bad and was not cleaned... The netting to the sliding door was ripped on the side. The stove top, dishes, and silverware were all very dirty, we also kept getting harrased by the security guard because the owner is supposed to let security know when someone is going to stay there.. he kept saying it wasn't our fault or responsibility but kept coming over to us, making my mom and kids uncomfortable.

I did not like the fact that this place was so dirty and had ant and mice infestation. I sent photos several times only to be told to send them again. Why didn't the property manager come out to see the issues? They sent someone to clean....it was no better after they left as the cleaning was very minimal. You could not use the frying pans, they were kaput. I had to purchase pans which I took with me. The iron had something melted all over it so I could not iron. The front and back porches were never swept and could not sit on the back porch chairs. Ants came pouring out of the light switch and I cleaned up mouse droppings daily (on a napkin in photo).

the environment was good. the children were very happy.

2 things need to be improved in this house. in the part of the stairs, there should have been a protective door so that the children could not climb up and down, this was a bit tiring because they wanted to play on the stairs. and the barbecue was not in good condition it delayed the roasting of the meat. everything else was very good. locations and very good.
