Great place, clean and location is good

Location was amazing. The property was very clean and fresh, very light! Stuff was very kind and easy to reach, responded very fast to all our inquiries. There was everything necessary in the kitchen.

Unfortunately there is no wardrobe, it was the only lack of the property. Also it would be great if there were some hangers for towels in the bathroom.

Location is great. Coffee and tea making facilities were good and there were lots of coffee and tea. Communication with staff via the chat worked well and fast.

one of the bed was broken and the mattress and sheets of this bed were bloody. They kindly fixed the bed on the next day and they changed the sheets on the same day. But they could not provide us with new mattress.

The tram stop is right around the corner. Metro station is close. There were a lot of dishes, kitchenware, and even spices. Someone forgot to log out of their netflix account on the TV. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment looks very modern and cozy.

The toilet door can't be locked.

The location was absolutely great. The tram stop (#10, 16) is right in front of the main door of the building. So you literally do not even need that 5 min or 10 min or 15 min walk to the nearest bus/tram/subway station. Just walk out and hop on. The host was very polite and supportive, easy to contact and quick to respond. Thank you! Also, it was very clean. Here I could give 100 points out of 100. Great job! They make an effort to make your life comfortable and solve the issues. For up to 4 people the apartment is great and comfortable. For 6 people it was not so great, though (about that below).

I don't like to complain, but I feel that if I don't share these (negative) things, it is not fair for other future visitors. 1. They gave us a completely different apartment from what we had booked. When we were searching for an apartment, there were a whopping 45 photos of the apartment. So we liked what we saw and we booked. Turned out, the photos were about completely different apartment (true, in the same building and operated by the same host, but *we* could not use it). The apartment in the photos was bigger, nicer, etc. and these 45 photos came with *our* booking. Yet the apartment what we got was a different apartment. When I raised the issue, the host answered that the bigger apartment was more expensive and was booked out anyway. So They could not relocate us. Well, we swallowed it but we really felt cheated. If they had shown us photos of the correct apartment, we would have chosen something else. Because we were 6 people. And this brings me to the next point... 2. The apartment is great for up to 4 people but not so great for 6. Yes, you can squeeze 6 people into it and everybody has a comfortable place to sleep indeed... ...But it means the sofa has to be opened and prepared as a bed for 2. And that means when you return from your day-trips and are tired, you have no sofa to have a rest. The kitchen table locates in the living room and is big enough for 4 people but too small for 6. We had to eat our breakfast in shifts. 3. There is a large loft bed (ceiling bed) for 2 people in the living room. The bed itself is good and comfortable. But the gap between the guardrails is way too wide. Our kids wanted to sleep up there under the ceiling so we had to invent some extra protective elements - just to keep them from rolling through and falling down. 4. Seems to me, the host has bought another apartment in the same building. So we had to survive some noisy and annoying concrete hammering in couple of days.
