Tampa Bay Area Getaway
Das Haus ist neu renoviert und wird erst am 20. Januar 2020 komplett möbliert und dekoriert. Wir akzeptieren alle Reservierungen nach dem 20. Januar. Aktualisierte Bilder werden nach Fertigstellung hochgeladen. Dies ist ein Luxushaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Es verfügt über ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer. Das Home verfügt auch über eine abgeschirmte Terrasse und einen großen Garten. Home ist in einer großartigen Lage, in der Nähe von Themenparks, Little Harbour Beach, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten!

Updated 3-2 home in Ruskin FL. Plenty of amenities. Not too bad to get to from Interstate 75. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area. All of the home functions worked well and we had no problems.
We would stay there again if we are in that area.

This is the second tine we have stayed at this location in the last 6 months. It was just as comfortable and clean as the first time. We look forward to returning in the fall.

Nice neighborhood. Great games room for kids, plus games inside. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and baking. Tons if closet space. Close to restaurants and stores.

We had a wonderful visit. The house was immaculately clean. The cupboards were labeled to make it easy to find things. I loved relaxing on the screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood and close to many parks and the beach. I would stay there again!

The house was quiet, super clean and comfortable. It has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The back yard needs a little work because there is no actual grass but all in all the house is amazing. I would definitely stay again.

We very impressed on the clean of the house, the fully kitchen appliances and the provided of bathroom towels.

Only suggestion that please don’t plug in the electric flower, we’re allergic to those.

The house is nicely furnished and very clean and well-kept. It was also bug-free, which is really hard to accomplish in Florida. The kitchen was well-equipped and had most of the gadgets anyone would likely want to use. The owner responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Overall we had a pleasant stay in Ruskin.

Probably one of the cleanest houses we've stayed in. Property owner was very responsive. Easy to get to restaurants and groceries. Door Dash delivers here.

This is a pleasant and modern home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The modern design is very chic, and the furnishings, kitchen, arcade games, etc were excellent. Arrianna was an excellent host/manager, and every call brought a quick and effective response. When we checked out, I left a valuable item behind, and Arrianna found it for us and shipped it home to us. The TVs were all Roku only, and we missed some of our customary cable channels. There was a small charcoal grill, and it worked well.

This is a pleasant and modern home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The modern design is very chic, and the furnishings, kitchen, arcade games, etc were excellent. Arrianna was an excellent host/manager, and every call brought a quick and effective response. When we checked out, I left a valuable item behind, and Arrianna found it for us and shipped it home to us. The TVs were all Roku only, and we missed some of our customary cable channels. This home is beautiful-just like the pictures! Very clean and comfy-we definitely enjoyed our stay. Arrianna was very responsive any time I messaged her and very kind. Home away from home
The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. I really like Arriana had a fruit basket and drinks in the fridge, and there were some spices in the cabinet.
You will need a car and beach towels, there are beach chairs in the game room.
You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here, I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful Home
This home was everything we could have hoped for! It is beautiful inside and everything was very clean! It has everything that was in the description. The owners left a number of "extras" such as snacks, fresh fruit, soda and water, as well as travel sized bathroom necessities (shampoo, lotion, soap). The owners were quick to respond when we contacted them. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Fantastic home
We were looking for a place to stay close to family in the area. This home was a wonderful choice. The property was very clean, Arianne was extremely responsive and easy to deal with, she quickly addressed all questions/concerns we had prior to our stay. Overall it was a great choice for our visit, and we hope to stay there again next year!

Ruskin Florida stay
This house is beautifully decorated and caters to its visitors. There is a game room in the garage if you has children and the fruit basket that was wIting when we arrived late in the evening was a pleasant surprise along with drinks in the refrigerator. I would recommend it 100%

Beautiful place to stay!
My family had a wonderful time at this property for two weeks. Our host was very thoughtful in trying to meet our needs for our stay by leaving games for our kids, and even leaving food and toys for our cat! Owner is quick and responsive as well. The home itself is beautiful as well and very comfortably set up for everyone. Highly recommended.
