The pros- Overall, we had a great stay at this location. The cabin is close to all restaurants, activities, stores, etc. but yet, out of the way of traffic. Very quiet every night. There was more than enough room for our party of 11 adults and 1 child. All the bedding, bathrooms, and rooms were clean upon arrival. We were able to check in early. 10/10 on location. The cons- Upon booking, we made sure that we had a fire pit. When we arrived, there was no fire pit and the manager stated there was a No Burn Ban in Sevierville due to the hot weather and dry grass. We totally understood as to why, but was very disappointed. I wish we were notified about this ahead of time. We had packed 11+ camp chairs for this. The cabin could use some updates as there were some cracks in the kitchen flooring, one toilet seat was loose, the refrigerator took a very long time to get everything cool, there was a missing TV in the one bedroom upstairs (ad stated every bedroom had a smart TV), there was a broken spool on the stairs going down. Beds were comfortable but very loud. You could tell the place was out dated, no big deal. Honestly, the worst issue we had was the awful smell at night from the nearby dump. The smell outside was so bad that we could not sit out there and was unable to use the hot tub. Driving back to the cabin each night was so bad, our whole van of people covered their noses. Funny but terrible!

From the time we communicated with the owner to the check in process, we loved our stay here! Great location and close to everything but we felt private. Love the side yard and room for everyone.

What I paid for cleaning service, I think could have been a little cleaner. A bed was broken and I told the manager about that when we arrived. I would stay there again I did really like the place. Also the should have more than two garbage cans. There was 7 of us and we filled them up.

Simple repairs need to be done as well as updating decor and deep cleaning. One bedroom was even unusable because of the gap in the door and it was 0 degrees. Won’t stay there again

Ceiling leaks in lower level by the pool table. no internet for our entire stay, which meant no access to television or tv games, no dishwasher and only 2 dish towels for drying dishes. Not enough silverware, ended up buying plastic ware. Refrigerator not large enough to store food for a large group; had to use 2 coolers. Loose faucets. Found a 9x13 pan full of sausages left in the oven; have no idea how long they were there. Stove top had to be cleaned with degreaser before we would use it. Tried messaging thru Vrbo to the evolve team regarding our stay. But had no response. Project manager responded regarding lack of internet, but was not able to resolve while we were there. Did we make do? had no choice; we paid in full

Pigeon Forge has a lot to offer with some amount of crazy busyness. With the Bear Tooth Lodge you get a great peaceful retreat with easy access to the attractions. The house is huge. Much bigger than you’d imagine from the pictures. Parking for 6 cars, maybe more. Very clean. Very relaxing. You’ll be glad you stayed here.

Pigeon Forge has a lot to offer with some amount of crazy busyness. With the Bear Tooth Lodge you get a great peaceful retreat with easy access to the attractions. The house is huge. Much bigger than you’d imagine from the pictures. Parking for 6 cars, maybe more. Very clean. Very relaxing. You’ll be glad you stayed here.

The cabin is really great. Many rooms , cozy, very well equipped, the view if lovely and it is llcated close enough to get to shoping and activities areas, but far enough to feel the nature in its beauty!

Great place!
The cabin housed my family / party of 14 well. Great open spaces and plenty of private bedrooms/bathrooms for the various family units. The property is close to The Islands and the Outlets in Pigeon Forge.
A few cons:
The basement toilet was not working.
No dishwasher.
No instructions for use of the 2 fireplaces.
The hot tub was old/small and difficult to access controls is not in the hot tub.

Excellent location behind outlet mall.
We arrived on Thursday evening. We had 4 children under the age of 4 and was trying to play a dvd for them. None of the DVD players would work. I left a message with the host the next morning. He didn’t return my call. But another lady called to check on us and I let her know. She brought one by and my son in law hooked it up. My daughter brought to my attention there were no visible fire extinguishers on the property. Otherwise our stay was great.

All shower liners need washed, heat in upstairs bedroom don’t work and I don’t like the early check out time should be at noon

Our stay could not have been better! Family came from three locations and booked on line based on reviews, Beat Tooth cabin lived up to the reviews! Excellent was our family concensus! The home met all our expectations and more. Would definitely recommend this cabin and would stay at Bear Tooth again.

Great experience
The cabin was great for me celebrating my 40th with 13 people. Everything was nice and clean, lots of up to date amenities and all. The property manger was very nice when I called to clarify a few questions. My only complaint is that finding the actual cabin was hard, once we got on the street where it was. Maybe better markings with cabin name.

Bear Tooth Lodge
The Bear Tooth Lodge was awesome. It was beautiful and very clean. It was our first time visiting Sevierville, TN and the surrounding areas. My son's and nephew enjoyed the game room. The hot tub was wonderful and much needed. We will hopefully be able to return in the future. Kay

Family Reunion
This cabin was great for our Family Reunion. So clean, well decorated and close to entertainment in Pigeon Forge. There were some concerns: no dishwasher, standard size refrigerator, limited seating on deck, pool table needs repair and to be balanced, mini-refrigerator didn't work. For accommodating 15 people, I would have expected a dishwasher and a larger refrigerator. That aside, we loved the cabin and there was plenty of room inside for us to eat together and have fellowship as well as allowing for privacy when wanted. We will definitely return.
