This was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is literally just steps from the beach, but I spent a decent amount of time enjoying the outside area at the studio apartment.
I greatly appreciated having a place under cover to park my car. I was close enough to walk to a souvenir shop, some food trucks, and some restaurants. The owner left local recommendations posted on the fridge. I tried 3 of the restaurant recommendations and they were all top notch!
I was a solo traveler and felt safe in the well lit area. The room was affordable, cozy, and had everything I needed. I hope to be back one day!

Location, Comfort, Easy to access the property, we had a carport attached to the cottage. The cottage has a nice, covered patio, with a table and chairs, picnic table with umbrella and a hammock in a fenced area that was very private. Only 8 minutes from Parasailing, boat rentals, and dolphin tours. Only 13 minutes to the mall that has Margaritaville, Paula Deans, many shops and other restaurants.
We loved everything about the cottage and area.

Convenience to beach. It was off the beaten path which made it quiet at bedtime. The TV offered multitudes of movies. The furniture was comfortable and had all that a couple would need. Just hope it will be available on our next excursion!😁🤟 Eddie and Chris we thank you!

Perfect lil gem that FEELS removed from the chaos of life but yet right in the center of it all! Clean, clean.....CLEAN! You could eat on the floor!😉🤣 Relaxing, romantic, beautifully decorated and ideal for a couple wanting a date weekend! The hosts are super accommodating and shine the light of Jesus abundantly! Our new home away from home!!

such a beach-vibe to the cottage with our own private patio area , great for days it may be too breezy or busy at the beach..Always had my morning coffee out there.
Great location to the beach but also many places to eat, spot-on with the recommendations.
The bed was nice and big, just a little too firm for me.

Organized and cleanliness. Just an Awesome place. Also Eddie provided a history of the place. Just hands down the Best place I ever stayed at in Florida. Every moment you're there, you are reminded that your on vacation in Florida. Beautiful and Awesome! Troy Johnson...... Michigan.

I absolutely loved my stay it was so relaxing and quiet. It was awesome to have a short walk across the road to the beach. I loved everything about the property and Eddie went above and beyond. I am so glad I spent my birthday there. It was my first solo trip in a long time and I will definitely be coming back every year.

I loved the privacy the most, not to mention beach walking distance and the motivational pictures and figurines in every room! Cozy and humbled feeling!
