Hot water shared between 3 rooms difficult to manage.

The host communicated extremely well, and checked in to make sure we was ok, the room was very clean and tidy and drinking water was provided, bathroom miniatures & towels were provided, quiet area within walking distance to the main square, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
The only fault I can find was that there was no hot water for a shower but this wasn't a big deal for us

This is a small lodge and I stayed in the first room, close to the entrance. It was nicely decorated and both the wifi and the AC worked great. Also, the property was very clean (the towels smelled amazing) and the bed was really comfortable.
I self-checked in and there was no one in the Lodge. Simay was very kind and easy to reach but it would have been nicer to have someone at the property. Also, there was an issue with the water. It was solved timely, but it would have been faster if there was personnel on the premises.

the location was perfect, just a short walk to the old city and the beach, all restaurants and bars around but at the sake time nice and quite. we really enjoyed the private patio, especially in the evening. everything was very new and clean and we felt like home.

Beautiful restored village house inside the city walls, lovely little rear courtyard. 3 mins stroll from the mosque/cathedral. At Sept 21 I can only guess that it hasn’t been open long because the place was spotless clean and everything was crisp and new. The bed was really comfy, the air conditioning was great and quiet. There’s a kitchen diner on the ground floor to make coffee/snacks and even cook if you want, which was well serviced and immaculately clean.
Absolutely ideal accommodation for our two night stay and a great base to explore historic Famagusta.
There was nothing not to like to be honest, it was everything we were expecting and more from a guest house room.
