Amazing stay. We went to Hawkes Bay for a Marathon and the accommodation was a great place as our base. It was near enough to the city centre that you could walk there, yet there was no street noise. Straight across the road from the beach so we got awesome sunrise views. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 lovely bathrooms and great open plan communal spaces.

Great location on marine parade near aquarium. Was easy to walk into Napier CBD.

The location was perfect when walking around the area and the view was beautiful.

The bedrooms might all need fans on a warmer night in summer.

Perfect location. Great size property for two families. Neat, tidy and had most of what we needed.

We felt that the house needed a bit of maintenance some of the locks were a bit corroded. Lighting was very poor in the rooms as well. Stair handrail a bit loose. The bedding we thought needed a good airing but overall the property was reasonably clean.
