Self contained, good on road parking and not too far from uni and city centre - exceptional value for money. Very cosy.

This was such a find and we would absolutely use it again if we are in the area. The beds were so comfy, honestly, I cant say enough good things about this place. If you knew me you would know that I would never give a good review if it weren't true.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was great and exceeded all our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay with my 9year old at this property. I was pleasantly surprised to see coloring book set for my child, thank you so much. Beds were incredibly comfortable (2 big beds in the room). Nice warm room with a big window. It was brilliant to have a mini-fridge and a microwave it the room. Plenty of tea bags, milk pouches, even plates and cutlery. Very quiet area. We really appreciate the generosity, thank you!:)

It would be nice if we could pull up the blind in the morning.

Everything was clean and tidy

Very clean, extremely comfortable bed and a great location on the edge of the city centre.

The room was very very warm

The accommodation was to much higher standard that i had expected in terms of fittings etc. the mattress was very comfortable.

The blind could of blocked off a little more light from the security light that seemed to be activated by cats through out the night.

All was perfect for us.
