room with aircond n fan but fan not functioning

Salah salah pilih tarikh, cubaan call banyak kali kepada owner tidak di jawab..at least angkat phone untuk berbincang..saya x kesah untuk tambah duit tetapi tidak ada respon..dah tekan cancel n booking dah hantar mesej kepada owner pun tidak di balas..sangat mengecewakan..

The place is well maintained. Clean.

The air-conditioning in the room took quite a long time to cool the room. Probably needs a service. The remote for mytv box is not working. The channels are quite boring. Could've done better with android box or tv with Netflix.

The bathroom cabinet with rusty hinges jotting out. The rude agent who refused to accept calls. Musty rooms. Dusty floor. Mouldy bathroom walls The Nepalese security insisted on the unit number in order to allow us to pass the gate to sit at the bench. However, the agent refused to give the unit number until 3pm, claiming that check-in time is at 3pm. Called him twice and he declined the calls. He texted that there are no benches for us to wait around the lobby area, expecting us to stand outside the guardhouse for one hour. It is clearly seen that there is a bench by the guard house and seats are ample in the lobby area.

Beautiful and really comfortable studio apartment The owner is really helpful especially when guiding me on how to self check in, remind about do's and dont's, whatnot. Clean area, strong wifi

Dim light in our room, i guess only 1 bulb functioned. The sofa also - not stable and covered with thin sheet. But ok la.

Host is not prompt in responding......intended to extend by another day and messaged the host at 9 pm regarding how to go about it....however there was no response from him until the next day check out time......And he said they are full...so I had to rush and check out and move to another hotel.....All I did was say that if the host had responded promptly it would have saved me the inconvenience....However The Host instead of apologising for His late response started arguing at every rebuttle that I am harsh and I am blaming him ....very clearly lacking customer etiquette, understanding and politeness
