Overall great location to Ft Carson.. Great living room/dining area except fireplace was not working . Kitchen was nice but not as well stocked with utensils as others we have stayed in and stove/oven might need replaced soon.
No main floor bedroom for senior citizens… very steep steps.
Very glad for this location.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the small back yard where Our daughters dog could run. The house is about 20 minutes away from most attractions around Colorado Springs.
For us the biggest problem was the basement bedroom. It was cold and dark. However some of our family like their bedroom cold, so it wasn’t a huge problem.

We loved the house. It was the number of beds and baths we needed. Very nicely furnished! It turned out to be much further from Colorado Springs than we realized. We really would have liked to have had access to local news and weather on the tv. We also did not want to pay for the tv options, so the tv was useless to us.

Spacious home with all amenities, fenced backyard, garage access which made it nice during those frigid days and nights. House is decorated very nice. Only thing I wish is the fireplace would work but no impact on our stay.

This property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Communication with the mgmt was immediate. Good location, close to everything and beautiful views. Very pleased.

First of all, the “checkout” QR codes you have around do not work. All the vents were COATED with months worth of dust, the baseboards and walls were filthy to the point if we didn’t leave ANYTHING on the ground. The backyard is NOT pet friendly and is filled with burs, multiple got stuck in shoes and in tracked in. Only one TV, insufficient lighting, never staying again. Really disappointed

The property was in a nice quiet spot. Morning walks with our pup were enjoyable. The trails had wonderful views of the mountain. Very dog friendly! There was an air show the weekend we stayed. We could see and hear them while sitting in the backyard. Hot air balloons flew over as well. The house was clean and had everything we needed, even coffee and filters! This property is about 15 minutes from stores and restaurants. It is about 25 minutes to Colorado Springs. We would stay here again. Was great for our family of 5 humans and one fur baby!

Spacious but needs attention to details
Enjoyed the layout so family members w infant could be two floors away at night. Enjoyed kitchen and bath renovations. Enjoyed open living,dining and kitchen area. Needs new coffee machine, repaired screen door and repaired basement bedroom window screen. Needs carpets cleaned if rented to crawling baby. Needs blinds and /or curtains on windows without covering. Enjoyed exploring a new area of Colorado Springs, learning about air and space force bases and Veterans Cemetery. Good playgrounds for baby. City of Fountain had good grocery and restaurant options. Served well for visiting friends in CS during day and returning for sleeping and breakfast. Enjoyed shopping/restaurants at The Citadel mall area.

Nice neighborhood
What a great property! The only thing I lacked was a paring knife and that was remedied with a trip for groceries. We used the grill, watched some TV and relaxed before my son had to report to base. It was nice to not have the “city” on top of you and really wasn’t more than a 15 minute drive to get what we needed for supplies. I would recommend this to anyone with a need for four bedrooms and extra bathrooms. I will definitely use this property again if it is available.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and functioning. We had all the necessities needed to cook in the kitchen, including a crockpot. My only suggestion would be some anti-slip strips for the bathtubs.

This home was perfect for my large family. Very spacious and clean. My husband and I took the basement and my daughter and her family took the second floor!!! It’s was such a great space. Fenced back yard was great for the grandchildren. Added plus was the garage!!! The property manager was quick to reply!! We will be back!!!

I originally booked with another in April. They contacted me 3 days before I was to leave with my whole family including a dog from Tennessee to travel to Colorado by van to see my first granddaughter and take my mother with me so she could see her first great grandchild. That left me in a frenzy because it had taken months to figure out th le best time with all six of us working different schedules. And although the other place tried to work with us it was not have as big or accommodating as this place which was perfect for our needs. Even my husband commented on how it worked out even better for us to meet our families every need, from the quiet location to the huge kitchen and livingroom and 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. This house was perfect. The host was extremely friendly and easy to contact even over a holiday weekend. My husband stated if we ever go back out he would use it again. I have to say thank you for making my last big family vacation so enjoyable and stress free.

We loved getting together in your home, thank you. A few suggestions: Took a few tries to get into the house, though we later found out the sliding glass door was unlocked in the back of the house! I videoed in case something came up later that was missing.
Thought we might need to replace the battery for the bbq starter, seems it wasn’t put in correctly. Propane tank had been left on. Used aluminum foil mostly for burgers and hotdogs since there was nothing to clean the grates. Master suite was great, though floors sure creak. Towel distribution was crazy.
More towels are needed or a drainer for hand washed dishes to dry on for the kitchen, plus a coat of protection for your dining table would have been great. I’d brought a picnic plastic table cloth so we used it.
Are you going to fix the step into the garage? Couldn’t unload groceries through garage because of huge step up and it was rainy so really inconvenient. Bedspread on bed in BR to the right up the stairs was stinky. Hope that was better for the next folks. Quite a drive to Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Luckily had only minor injuries. I notified the manager and he was very responsive. I feel like he will get it fixed right away.

Great for a large group, plenty of room for everyone. Quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer on site was wonderful.
There was a lack of lighting (lamps in bedrooms, staircase lights were inadequate).
Keep in mind that this is pet friendly and that there will be pet hair on carpet, furniture and on bedding.
We also felt that the towels had not been washed prior to our arrival.
Would be a bonus to have a TV in at least one of the bedrooms - this house only had one TV in the Livingroom.
