Достаточно аккуратно и чисто.
Навязывание бестолковых услуг доктора-мага, который всем прописывает пустые таблетки и массаж за 200 баксов))) что оставляет безумно неприятный осадок.

It’s a quiet spot, but still well connected. Huge kudos to the tuk-tuk driver by the gate and to the front desk team!

Schönstes und sauberstes Zimmer meiner Sri Lanka Reise. Toller Service und sehr nette Mitarbeitende. Super Lage weit weg von der Hauptstrasse. Grossartige Yoga Teacher.

The staff were incredible, and accommodated us so wonderfully, I got very sick and they made soups and other ayurvedic meals to help my healing. They also organized a doctor to help with medication and transport back to Colombo on our last day. The rooms were exceptional! Gorgeous and comfy and smelled so amazing. Our favorite room of our stay!
Make sure to ask for room cleaning, it's not expected to happen unless you request it.

Great location far away from the busy street. Friendly staff. Thanks to Chef Sanka Gunarathe, we fell in love with Sri Lankan cuisine. He served delicious meals and even shared stories about them. He talked about how he prepared them. It made a huge impression on us.

The best accommodation during my trip in Sri Lanka, far exceeded my expectations
Very quiet, comfy stay - room was lovely and the staff was incredibly kind.
Shoutout to Chapa who always greeted me with a smile and helped me arrange my transport to the airport during the curfew.
Big bonus of the hotel was having their own generator which really is a game changer during 13-hour power cuts.
Morning Yoga was another great plus
Overall great stay, lovely facilities and lovely staff
Will come back definitely

Very clean, cozy and well-designed. loved the interior and the details! high ceiling and spacious room!
the was great as well, clean and warm all the time
thanks to the chef, food was very tasty and healthy
the whole area looked very nice! monkeys and a cat living there added positive vibes to the atmosphere
I managed to have yoga and massage just once within the 4 days we stayed there due to the groups who lived there at the same time…
the menu was quite limited and some positions were missing quite often (like fish and roti)

Every day there was a different and healthy breakfast, nourishing and tasty. Especially the fruits were soo delicious.. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, also the area was so clean and good decorated. The hotel managing lady Chapa, and the owner Victor were great hosts. They texted us before we arrive to prepare our room and asked for our special needs. During our stay all the staff were so friendly and helpful, we felt as if we were at home. What ever we needed, we asked and they replied. We will definitely come back .... The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony with pool and garden view was very relaxing. During the power cuts, we did not feel anything because they had the generator. We recommend this hotel with no hesitancy...
Well for the price and our expectations everything was good for us. Nothing to criticize.

A very beautiful place, well maintained, clean and calm. Located in a quiet area within the village. The staff is nice and helped us with what we asked for. Suitable for those who want calmness and yoga. High standard rooms, excellent pool. It was fun.

A place for a truly relaxing Ayurvedic holiday! The rooms are exceptionally clean and very stylish. The note has recently been renovated and it shows. Facilities are great and the staff have been amazing ❤️
We really appreciated yoga at 7am, great way to kick off the day. The teacher is very knowledgeable. Food is great as well, with a focus on whole foods and nourishment.
If you stay for at least a few days, better a week even, you can book an entire Ayurvedic treatment plan. We took one day package and it was great.

Super hospitable staff, very quick to respond to requests.
The overall vibe of the hotel is very discrete and calm.
While still close to the main road and beach, it's a bit hidden so it's a very serene atmosphere.

The room and the garden were absolutely gorgeous and you could just sit for minutes/hours listening to all the animals in the surrounding, no noise from traffic. Staff was very helpful and was always reachable and ready to answer questions.
We liked the breakfast (fusion of Sri lankan/western and it changed every day). Yoga studio was nice, even though there weren’t any lessons during our stay.
The staff helped us arrange a trip to Udawalawe national park, which I really recommend 🐘 (I prefer it to Yala, Udawalawe is less commercial and the elephants are amazing).
Chapa is a true gift for the hotel, you made our stay from medium+ to excellent! 😊🙏🏼✨
-There was no cleaning during our 4 nights stay, the first two days we thought it was because of public holiday, then we realized we should probably have requested it ourselves.
-Yoga lessons would have been nice as there is an amazing roof top studio. Even though there weren’t many guests, I think everybody would have loved it (I think guests would gladly pay a bit extra for it id needed)
-the Ayurveda concept would need a little improvement, it could be shown a bit more. It now felt more like a ”normal” hotel that doesn’t serve coffee or alcohol and where you can have treatments on request. Did not see or hear much about the Ayurveda despite of a treatment list.

Beautiful and modern resort in the middle of nature with a great Ayurveda concept. Really nice staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay the best and special thanks to Chapa. The food was amazing, the bed was so comfortable and I also enjoyed the pool. Kabalana Beach is about a 10min walk. My highlights were the daily yoga classes in the morning and talking to the Ayurveda doctor on site and getting customized treatments. I’ll definitely come back and stay for a longer time.

The place is very beautiful, the people who work there are super friendly and the room is nice, clean and comfortable.
I have been waiting a while to write this review because I am not a fan of writing a bad one. But here I go: I booked this place because of all the amazing reviews on this website. And to be honest, I felt a bit misled by them. Yes, the place is very beautiful (and not a bad word about the local staff by the way) but it was so so quiet, the whole place just felt a bit off. It was not possible to order a drink or some food during the day. It was not possible to have lunch for example.
When I had a beer (nothing crazy, just 1 beer) at the pool, the owner immediately came to me to tell me it was not allowed to drink any alcohol. I had to throw the beer away. I felt like I broke a rule I did not know existed. It just did not feel very nice, the owner never said 'Hi' before but when he saw me drinking a beer, he did not know how fast he could come to me. I understand the intention of the place is different than an ordinary hotel/resort but please put this in the information on booking (!). I went to booking to check if I maybe missed any rules or something, but nothing was there.... It's also not allowed to smoke anywhere except for one area. I am not a smoker, but just a thing to keep in mind in case you'd like to have a beer and smoke a cigarette during sunset on your terrace.
I stayed here for 4 nights (I pre-booked already) and I thought it was super expensive for a place I could not even drink a fresh juice next to the pool. The pool was also super warm and felt like a jacuzzi. I had the feeling something was wrong with the pool but when I asked about it because I did see a guy doing some maintenance in the pool, they told me nothing was wrong.
This was one of my most expensive stays in Sri Lanka and I felt like I paid so much money for a place I did not feel comfortable at all.

We loved this place! it's extremely cosy and quite. You can really cut off from the outside world and relax
- the pool is nice and big
- there is free yoga every morning with a beautiful, soothing view
- the breakfast is something different than what we were used to in Sri Lanka but it was delicious!
- the rooms are new and modern. There is a big wardrobe where you can put your stuff in
- there are ayurveda treatments available in the hotel (I tried full body massage is it was nice and relaxing)
- the service is amazing, everyone are super helpful and open
- they have a power generator and it works 24hs so you can really forget about powercuts (and it's located far from the rooms so you are not bothered)
- they welcomed us with delicious tea and banana cake
- they also serve delicious fruit juices
Everything was amazing! We would definitely like to go back
- the breakfast is rather expensive but it's really worth trying
- the parking is located a 3-4 minutes walk from the property but it's very close and not a huge problem really

Not beachside. Staff sometimes hard to find at night.

I stayed for 2 weeks and it was beyond my expactations. The well designed hotel and beautiful garden looks even better in real. As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable from the first moment, not only because of the calm atmosphere, but also because of the wonderful and caring people who work here. There are Yoga classes every morning (not on Sunday) and you can book ayurvedic treatments and massages at fair prices. I went here for the Panchakarma treatment which the doctor said was the best treatment for me. He took care of me and answered my questions at any time. If you are looking for a time to relax and recharge your batteries this may be the best place for you.
