The house was large, roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was large and well appointed. There was no trouble getting wi-fi reception and the check in process was easy. The location was excellent for walking to store, shops, restaurants and the gondola. There was a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom that was addressed in a timely fashion but will require maintenance. The outdoor space left a little to be desired. The yard and decking was in need of upkeep. (some loose boards, rotted wood and overgrown growth) Overall we would stay there again but would make sure the plumbing issue was fixed and the deck and yard were in better condition. The property managers were responsive so I believe these issues will be addressed.

My friends and I enjoyed an amazing stay at this wonderful property. House was plenty for all of us to enjoy together and to have our own space when we wanted with the downstairs/upstairs living spaces. The location was wonderfully close to the village and the ski resort. Would come back and do it again!

Had a great week in Breck at this property. Was exactly as described. Close to downtown, could walk to downtown. House was very spacious with plenty of room for our two families to enjoy with kids in one area and adults in another. Would highly recoemend.

The property was well kept and clean. The vent for the gas cooktop on the island in the kitchen did not work. I tried to reset the ground-fault outlets on top of the island (as they were tripped). Your home was very nice, would rent again if we come back to Brekenridge!!

We had an amazing time at this house just a couple weeks ago. Location is perfect and close to most everything we needed. House is large and can fit many guest, but still felt very cozy and warm. Thanks for letting us stay at your wonderful home.

Great support, floor plan

Bright, comfortable well maintained home with fabulous spaces for our families to come together. There are also two main living rooms with fireplaces and TVs, so that we could spread out as well. Close to restaurants shopping - a great location for the non-skiers in our crowd and and easy walk to the gondola.

Christmas 2019 - -Our family of 9 stayed at the Tscharners’ beautiful home, downtown Breckenridge. The location was perfect and the home was ideal! These owners have appointed every room perfectly and beautifully. The attention to detail, organization and cleanliness were incredible. The kitchen has everything you will need, including upgraded appliances. The beds and bedding were top notch, new and comfortable - - and the decor is a wonderful blend of modern and updated touches with a warm mountain feel. The home is very spacious and there are several living spaces - - allowing people to relax in different ways. There was even a beautiful Christmas tree, decorated and ready for us to enjoy! We really enjoyed being able to walk to the gondola and into town regularly. You can drive (4/10 of a mile) to the gondola, and sometimes we did, but walking is always a great option for those who want to come off the mountain sooner than others. Our boys even walked home from Peak 9 one day, stopping in town for a snack and Starbucks. We used the hot tub every evening, and it was very roomy and clean / well cared for. We would most definitely recommend this home to others and appreciate all the owners do to maintain it so well. - The Duffys

Everything about the house was as described or better. My kids were beyond excited to see the Fox in the back yard and enjoyed the Hot Tub immensely. We walked and biked everywhere. I can’t wait to come back to Breckenridge next summer.

The house was perfectly equipped and Karen was extremely quick to respond to any questions and an extraordinary host. Would recommend a stay here to anyone!

Karen's home was perfect for our extended family, which included two young children. She had everything we would need for our kiddos. She was also very responsive to the questions we had and resolved the minor issues we experienced right away! The home is located in the perfect location to easily access town and all that Breckenridge has to offer - but still feels tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

The property is great to house a group that is ready to explore Breckenridge. Everything is accessible from this property, there is a great view, and plenty for the kids to do. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with what you need to cook meals for the group as well.

Two families with 6 kids stayed here for a spring break ski trip. The home was clean, spacious, and so convenient. There were plenty of clean towels, flatware, dishes, glassware, serving utensils and cookware. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Access with a touch pad was very convenient for all members of our party. Our bed was quite comfortable. We made use of the board games, cards, PS3 (or 4). Mud room was great so we could take off wet clothing and walk around in our socks. The location is so convenient. We had little kids and there was so much snow (yay!) we drove to the gondola parking lot. But other members of our party walked it and think it was about 7 minutes door to door. You can easily walk to Main Street for dinner or shopping. We ordered in most of the time because our party was so big. We all just agreed it was a very well laid out homes for large or multiple families. The owners were very responsive to my messages and gave us great tips to make our trip even more enjoyable. Great kitchen area with lots of seating for our extended family. We also used the hot tub every night. We enjoyed being able to walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. We also enjoyed being so close to the gondola. We did walk there a few times, but because of the cold we mainly just had a non-skier drop off the skiers.

Home is in a great spot and very spacious. We had a group of guys who stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed it. Close to town so you can walk and close to gondola to get to the ski lifts. House has everything you will need. I would highly recommend! If i come back to breck i would definitely stay here again. If avaible, you should book it!

Fantastic house that accommodated our large group very comfortably. Fully stocked with everything you would need, clean, and spacious. Close to everything in Breck - less than a ten minute walk to the gondola. Karen was very responsive and helpful with tips/recommendations for our stay. Would highly recommend!

The house was great, we had a big group from South Florida in for spring ski. Karen was a great host and was very gracious with her acomodations. Both Adults and children had a great time in the home and really enjoyed our stay. The location and ammeneties in the home are excellent. We grilled and enjoyed the hot tub on some nights and strolled down Main Street for dinner and a crepe on others. Overall the home was outstanding and we will be staying again in the near future. Karen was very prompt in her responses and provided a lot of helpful information for our stay. The house itself is just as good as advertised and the location is incredibly convenient (short walk to the gondola and Main St).
