The location, nice area and quiteness. Two wc, washing machine, everything is new and have good quality.

- The accomodation didn't offer any cleanings in the week booked. This was only explained after paying the booking, out of time to cancel the reservation, and being already hosted at the flat. - The wifi didn't work in 3 days and the landlord didn't attend any complains to solve such an important problem. - No personal service. Every communications take place through booking, that they weren't very fluid. - I received the code to enter in the flat late. - there are no pieces of furniture to sit down close to the tv. You have to lie down on the matress on the tatami. - There is not a wardrobe to keep the clothes and suitcase. Just a coat rack that is not intalled and falls down when is loaded.

Storage. Some coat hooks, there was no where to hang coats. A hanging rail for clothes, we had to leave them in our suitcases in the cupboard and somewhere to hang wet towels to dry after having a shower.
