We were all impressed with the rental. It was easy to find, based on the directions provided and the pictures on the listing. It was easy to get into, thanks to the clear instructions emailed to us before the stay. The rental was clean, cool when we walked in, and inviting. The outdoor area was nice. We were there for two nights, and all seven of us were comfortable and content. Sleeping was comfortable, and each area having its own individually controlled A/C unit was great. Of particular interest to me was the accessibility of the rental. I am a double amputee in a wheelchair, and any of you who have ever needed a wheelchair accessible vacation rental know the tedious and depressing nature of looking for something that you can get into. The interior of this rental was great.I could get into bed easily. I could get into the bathroom and to the toilet, and although the sink/tub area was tight, I was still able to brush my teeth and take care of sink things. I did not try to use the shower/bath. The deck on the main floor was wide and spacious, and I had no problem maneuvering around on it. There was a small bump up into the main house that I could get with no assistance, but if you have a ramp you travel with then you will be fine. The only area that presented a problem was the short distance from the paved parking lot to the wooden ramp up to the deck. There was a small dip off of the pavement onto about three feet of flagstones, which my front wheels dug into.

We have planned a trip for a while before arriving at the cabin. Even though most of our trip had rain, the cabin offered many accommodations that helped us stay inside and cozy! We spent a lot of the time playing games and exploring around the different towns when we could go out. We would 100% recommend this place and maybe come back in the future

Family trip to Lake Cumberland. Great location close to Marina. House had plenty of room for our family (8 adults) and dogs. Definitely will rent this place again.

A great property and thoughtful communication with our host made this such an enjoyable stay. Awesome location to Jamestown Marina, a well appointed home, and lovely outside sitting area, are just a few of the great points of this home.

This was our 3rd year staying here and it is by far our favorite Lake spot! We love everything about this house and the location. Lake Cumberland is definitely our family’s happy place and we can’t wait to come back next year! We go to the State dock to rent a boat, this year we went out on the lake 2 days and it was beautiful! If you’re looking for a home cooked meal without having to cook your self I recommend Estos cafe! If you need a perfect house for your lake stay, this is the place! Suzanne Is absolutely wonderful and her home is perfect! Happy lake days!!

We loved staying at this property. They had everything we needed for our short getaway to the lake. The house was clean & spacious. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of seating inside and out. We loved sitting out on the deck having our morning coffee. Will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The cabin was super clean and decorated so neat with Lake themed pics and wall accents. Plenty of parking for a boat and five minutes to the launching ramp. Host was quick to communicate on one question we had. I highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described, and was very nice, both inside and out. Although we spent most of our time on the lake, there is plenty to do at the house if you catch a rainy day or just need some relaxation time. Suzanne was a great host, and checked in multiple times during our trip to ensure everything was good. Neighborhood was very nice and well kept. Zero complaints with this property
