Perfect studio with garden next to Rixos Hotel
Dank der perfekten Lage im besten Teil von Dubrovnik, direkt gegenüber dem Hotel Libertas Rixos, mit der besten Aussicht auf das Meer, die Inseln und die Altstadt ist unser Gästehaus ideal für die Erkundung von Dubrovnik und Umgebung. Genießen Sie auf der wunderschönen 40 qm großen Terrasse den Meerblick! Tennisplätze sind ebenfalls 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Sie können Ausrüstung mieten oder Ihre eigene mitbringen und das Turnier genießen :) Das Studio-Apartment ist für 2 Personen, 27 m² Wohnfläche und 40 m² Terrasse mit Meerblick, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die Sommerküche besteht aus Kühlschrank, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd, Backofen und Küchenutensilien. TV, Klimaanlage, WLAN und Meerblick.
Lapad ist ein Teil von Dubrovnik (eigentlich der Halbinsel) und liegt nur wenige Kilometer von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Anbindung an die Altstadt ist sehr gut und der Bus fährt sehr häufig. Im Vergleich zur Geschichte der Altstadt ist es ein relativ neuer Teil von Dubrovnik. In der Vergangenheit war es die Residenz lokaler Kaufleute und Adliger, aber jetzt wird es zum größten Wohnviertel von Dubrovnik. Die meisten Hotels und Villen befinden sich in diesem Teil von Dubrovnik. Lapad, die Gegend mit vielen guten Restaurants, Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten, Fußgängerzonen und wunderschönen Stränden mit herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen, ist einer der beliebtesten Teile von Dubrovnik. Nicht so überfüllt wie in der Altstadt, aber nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt, ist es der perfekte Ort zum Übernachten.

Very nice stay on a excellent location and the host is friendly and trustworthy

If you are looking for a place to stay in Dubrovnik this could be perfect. In Lapad (so not the same prices as in the centre) and an easy walk to everywhere. Patio and view are gorgeous - you could be tempted not to set foot in the town with that view! Clean, comfortable, has everything you need as a based to explore from.

The location of this apartment was fantastic! Walking distance to the Old town but it was far enough from all the chaos. The apartment itself was smaller than it looked in the photos (photos showed an entrance hall and stairs which our apartment did not have) but it was still absolutely fine for our needs.
Highlight was the outdoor seating looking onto the well kept garden. Also the steps at the bottom of the hill leading straight into the water was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

In booking, Slavica was always very responsive and helpful. Zana, our host at the property was so nice and friendly and made our stay fantastic!
The location is why we choose it and we were not disappointed.
The terrace is gorgeous and in the event of rain ( one morning) you can still sit outside and enjoy the view.
We love to walk and the stroll to the Old City was lovely. Buses are great though for those who would prefer.
We would definitely recommend this property - we had a wonderful holiday.

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful home. Very well located, about a 15 minute walk to the old town with plenty to see any do around we well. The house is well equipped and the hosts are super responsive. Would definitely book again if returning to Dubrovnik!

Amazing place to stay in Dubrovnik. Beautiful views over the water. Around a 25 minute walk into Old Town, around 6.50 euro Uber. Host was lovely and the apartment was very spacious and clean. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone coming to Dubrovnik!

Stunning location in all senses of the word, outside space was a showstopper even if we had paid twice as much. I'll miss that view. Was my favourite thing to do sit out with a beer or a coffee and just enjoy the view. The only slight issue is there are 5/6 pics of a room with stairs and dark wood and they weren't part of the apartment so it was a bit jarring to arrive and there be only bedroom, kitchenette and shower room. What was there was of a good standard though and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Great location. Beautiful surroundings, if you’re looking to have activities during the day and have a comfortable place to stay and come back to this is perfect ! 10 minute trip to old town.

The terrace is wonderfull with a great view and the appartment is sufficient. note it has relative low ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom (approx. 1,95 m). In our case most of the kitchenware was unfortunally not clean. For a short stay the appartment is absolutly good.

We had a wonderful tie in Dubrovnik and Steel House as our base was perfect. The welcome we received was excellent. The apartment was just perfect with an amazing view from a very comfortable veranda. We will certainly return.

We really enjoyed ourselves here! Check in was smooth and the host was very responsive. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great while we were in Dubrovnik so we didn’t end up going to the beach but I understand it is quite close to the apartment. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the old town with beautiful scenery to admire while walking. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to enjoy Dubrovnik!

Awesome place, located right on the beach. Out of town but still within walking distance of old town, which is great because it’s much quieter and peaceful! Beautiful views and outdoor seating to relax. A minor note for taller travellers - The kitchen and bathroom roof is ~190cm high, so as a taller person I had to duck a bit in that area but that was no worries. Plenty of room in the main bedroom area, where the roof is much higher. Highly recommend, we had a fantastic stay here and loved the location!

Loved this place! Gorgeous spot for some r&r - not super close to old town but there is a bus or you can walk quite easily. Beach is stunning.

Such a beautiful place to stay! We loved the courtyard overlooking the cliffs and water. The location was great. There's a grocery store within walking distance to save money on food and it's a short walk to the old town as well.

we had a wonderful stay, the views are amazing, beautiful gardens and outdoor areas. It's a peaceful location, close enough to walk to Dubrovnik old town in around 20minutes. There are shops, restaurants etc within a 5 minute walk as well.

Wonderful 4 night stay that was exactly as described. Gated & private location, was still walkable to old town, restaurants and the beach.
The walk to the walls was barely 20min and easy to find.
Plenty of close restaurants to choose from, reasonable prices just up the road. Parking space available. Great to just sit on the patio every morning with her beautiful garden.
Just down the stairs from the door is the steps to the rocky beach/walls. Great for sun bathing, a quick dip or just to lounge. Bellevue beach is just another few minutes down the road (other side of Rixos) and very pretty.
The space was clean, tidy and minimal but provided all we needed. We bought some groceries for lunches and breakfast (walkable markets). All the dishes/utensils/cleaning supplies you need. We could tell based on photos the kitchen/bathroom was small (husband is 6’5” and he couldn’t stand straight up for reference) but it was manageable and all we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The sea couldn't have been closer (only a minute or two walk) which was a real treat. The place was clean and everything appeared as described - it had all we needed for our trip. We would definitely return again. Only a few minutes on the bus to the old town, but very much in its own quaint area.

We loved our stay! The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we need for a week stay! The outside space was private and peaceful with a stunning view! The local area is quiet (just what we wanted) and only a short and picturesque walk to Dubrovnik old town.

Location excellent, just a 25 minute walk from the old city , 15 minute walk form the ferry terminal where you can get ferries to various islands. Also, a good little Pemo supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away. 2 minute walk away from the sea with access into the sea. Very peaceful, stunning views, and very safe and secure.
We particularly appreciated being allowed to access our room earlier than the official check in time on our 1st visit . We visited again a week later and arrived really early and although our room wasn't ready, we could leave our suitcases at the appartment which was great as we were then free to do more exploring.
