The chalet was equipped with everything you need for a family holiday.

Spotlessly clean, every little detail covered by the lovely owners. Comfortable Beds and all round cosy chalet Great shower. Big grass area outside which has the sun all evening. Sandown beach 4min drive

The place was clean and smells fresh. They've got pots and pans, cutlery and plates that we were able to use. Cleaning supplies were available as well like handwash, dishwashing soap, mops etc. We were able to get a good night sleep each time as the beddings were comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet. George and June was very accomodating and is always there to answer your questions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Great location

The chalet was clean well decorated and filled with just enough furniture. The kitchen was well fitted out and consideration given to the fridge freezer which is suprising big for the size together with basically all the utensils you could need being present. The chalet had a washing machine and pegs and a washing line for drying as well as an iron and board. The electric was on a key meter and preloaded with £5 which wasn't mentioned and lasted our. Three night stay but would only be an issue if it were a really cold winter stay as you would need the electric heating on. One thing which stood out to me and maybe I'm weird as didn't need any of it but the kitchen and bathroom both had a cupboard full of cleaning products which again if you were on a long stay would be useful. All the little touches like sachets of coffee sugar and tea and a bottle of milk left ready in the fridge were perfect. Thanks again. Will be using again.

Great location, short walk to Sandown, the owners couldn't be more helpful or friendlier! Nice quiet site, great for family base to be travelling around the island

Very soft beds, but that's a personal choice, I prefer a firmer one! Sadly, no wifi but mobile phone signal was ok.

On arrival the chalet was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Lots of thought has gone into everything which i loved made me feel at home. All cupboards were stocked up with cleaning products, utensils, even an iron. Also provided us with milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Well recommened this little chalet in sandown for some nice family time. Got to meet the lovely owners too who were so fab and accomodating.Defo will be coming back next year! Thank you

The owner's George and June were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived the chalet was spotless and all the sheets,towels etc had been freshly laundered. In the kitchen all the surfaces and appliances were spotless. In the kitchen and bathroom cleaning products were provided.. As a bonus, because we were delayed by the ferry we had milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and cake to tide us over until breakfast. It was easy to use the pin code for access and use during our stay, The location was brilliant -:near to the beach for our dog and beautiful views. We are going back next year despite a 200 mile trip and ferry to arrive.

Very comfy bed, very clean, great location, could walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. Nice to have milk and tea/coffee biscuits, and plenty of the basics needed to enjoy a self catering stay in the chalet. Outside table and chairs were a nice surprise as not in the photos! Will rebook again if we can and thoroughly recommend Chalet Bayside.

The shower railing fell down and hit my fistula also the kitchen blind kept falling so I hat to fix it a few times and we wasn't told we hat to pay for electric so I think a bit of a con to be honest but thanks

The hospitality was excellent. The Chalet was beautiful. With just a few small alterations.

Well furnished everything was taken care of and even supplied cleaning materials that I not normally expected to see. Clean no real issues.
