I think there are 2 sides of this house - one very positive and second one a bit challenging. First of all the house is huuuuge - there is a massive (yes, massive) living room area on 2 levels (on the one there are 3 beds as well) with a wall of widows directing to the view of the ocean - on top of that there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The area is ideal for a group of friends or for people with children as they have a lot of space inside the house. the garden is as well very big, equipped with grill, sitting area, with a proper pool, surrounded by other gardens, bananas plantation and 2 small hoses for rent (kind of a same area, but separated from this house). The house is equipped with baby beds, baby chairs and all what you need to have for your stay. there is also a wash machine and tumble dryer. The house is located very close to Bollulo beach, a very good restaurant and is close to La Orotava and Puerto de La Cruz. I would choose it again for that price, but there are also some points to be considered when you choose that house...

the other side of the house is less positive. First of all it is a simple house - don't expect luxuries or super nice interior - it is a bit old and simple with a steel roof. The house is NOT SUITABLE for the temperatures below ~ 15C - it is equipped only with 2 small electric heater fans - completetly not enough for that space. Don't choose it if the temp is below 15C as you will be freezing. It is damp - when we were staying it was raining a lot and you could really feel damp in the house and even some water came in through the wood fire heater...and a lot of worms appeared on the walls...really a lot ;) The house is not equipped with a dish washer or even a hot water in the kitchenette - I think this is a low investment to make it much more comfortable. The house is fitted for a lot of people, so wash machine should be a standard (and there is a space for that). The kitchen area is a bit small (I believe this part of the house is rebuild from the animal house) and it is well equipped, but in a bit random stuff - kind of all old stuff you have at home and put them in a house for rent... A bit more cleaning is required as well or some renovation would be good.
