Just a complete beautiful vacation

Perfect location - close to the beach club pool and the beach. Villa - never seen a better cleaning job done ever! spotless throughout and gorgeous. Access - we had full access to everything in the resort including the hotel pool and Paros. Arturo and the team - super responsive and friendly crew thank you! Highly recommend getting a golf cart to explore this awesome and massive resort. We will absolutely return again.

Beautiful resort and villa. The villa is spacious, and comfortably accommodated our party of 8. Villa is clean, updated, and in a great location. Villa has all you need. The resort offers so much and is well kept. Arturo is an amazing host whom accommodated all of our needs and was always available. This was a memorable vacation that no one wanted to end. We will definitely back.

This was honestly one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. From the property itself to Arturo and Annie making sure we felt welcomed, it couldn’t have been better. We booked a couple days before our arrival and Arturo was very responsive and made sure everything was answered and ready for our arrival. We were supposed to spend our last two nights in San Juan again but I could not leave The St. Regis. Our kids (3-14 years old) loved everything about it and my husband and I needed a relaxing trip and this provided just that. I was able to cancel our hotel reservations in San Juan and book another property with Arturo with absolutely no trouble. They even offered to moved our luggage over to the other villa while we were out exploring for the day. Both were beautiful villas with everything we needed and steps away from the pools and the beach. The golf cart was also a huge hit with the kids! This was by far one of our favorite vacations and it had everything to do with where we stayed and the hospitality of Arturo and Annie. Thank you so much for such a great stay!

We had an amazing two week stay at the villa and even extended for a few more days. Location and property are incredible. Host was available and accommodating to our requests and needs. We hope to be back soon!

If you are thinking about booking this property just stop thinking and DO IT! The unit is amazing, even better than the pictures as is the beach front location. Arturo is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to satisfy your every need. Our stay could not have been better and the resort is beyond beautiful. So much to do not enough time to do it. The unit was very nice and my family had a wonderful time.

Our family of six (children ranging in age from 13-20) stayed for a week in August, and couldn't have had a better experience. Arturo was professional, incredibly responsive and service-oriented, and full of insightful and helpful recommendations (examples: renting a golf cart to get around the resort was a very helpful tip, and he helped us with a ride to an area pharmacy one night when we had a last minute need). He and his team were flawless. The unit is beautiful and clean, and the entire property is gorgeous. The restaurants on site are not cheap, but the food is very good. I can't recommend this property and the overall experience any more highly!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach. All the restaurants at the St. Regis are fantastic! The Beach Club restaurant is fine. The only negative we had about the trip was the 5:00 check in time. Everything else was wonderful and we will be back!

We ate breakfast every morning with an ocean view on the private patio. Steps away was a tranquil pool where we were often the only swimmers. Just beyond the pool is the stunning ocean with a huge beach that often had only a handful of other people as far as the eye could see. Two larger pools are a short walk away, as is The Beach Club restaurant, a perfect restaurant for families. Just to echo all the other great reviews, this property is a beautiful high end apartment in the resort complex. All the facilities are amazing and Arturo and his staff are by far the best concierges we’ve ever had, even besting five star resorts.

We had a wonderful stay in Bahia Beach! The condo was clean and beautiful as advertised. The location is perfect with quick access to the beach, two pools, restaurants and golf course. Service was also great. We will be back!

We were happy we got the golf cart as we frequently went from the condo to the St Regis pool, wellness center, and water park. Being at Las Ventanas over Las Verandas was less important than we thought it would be. The ocean view is great but we spent more time at the pools than the beach due to rip current. Bikes are available at the boathouse but during limited hours and only for 1 hour at a time. On-resort dinner options are limited to the St Regis (Paros & Bar) or the Beach Club. Renting a car for the week allowed us to go to the restaurants and casino at the relatively nearby Hyatt and Wyndham properties and into San Juan one night. There are few restaurants in the area not on resorts. If you can get yourself and a shopping list organized better than we did, use Artuoro's staff to do the shopping. If not, Ralph's is nearby and sufficient, though with surprisingly empty meat and poultry sections. Food and drinks, even coffee, are extremely expensive everywhere on the resort.

The property is beautiful. Arturo and his entire organization was very organized and quickly responsive to any needs. The level of service was superior than that of a high luxury five star hotel, from the check in process, to the daily cleaning service, to the access to amenities...Arturo also offers concierge services, such as food shopping, island tours, etc... We will be back to the properties he hosts. He is a class act.
