Brilliant distance from the sea front and local buses so lovely to arrive and a welcome pack there

I've stayed in hastings many time's this property of Tony's is five star can't recommend it highly enough

it met all of our expectations and was extremely well furnished. it was perfectly located near the center of St. Leonard’s and close to the beach.

Everything. Perfect flat, well maintained, clean , calming decor and well equipped. Good hot shower. Close to town and beach

It was well decorated, lovely towels and sheets. Lots of extras like bread, milk, coffee,tea and biscuits. it was warm and well presented. Parking was ok too

scaffolding around property and no outside light and no lounge curtains.

The property is central and close to many restaurants, the promenade and shops. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything one needs to be able to make this home. Loved our stay there.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that is expected in UK with on-street parking. We've managed to find parking close enough.

The property was very clean and warm. The owner had excellent communication and was very generous as offered me to stay a little longer at no cost.

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, good quality fixtures and fittings. Central location for eateries, bus and train and sea front. Quiet, warm, comfy

Would have liked parking to be a bit easier but never had to park too far away.

Clean, spacious apartment, well placed for the sea.

Its a basement flat, so no views outside from windows. Its bright and pleasant even so.

The property was great. Too many lovely little touches to mention. Amazing location. Great communication with the owner also.

Very , very well stocked with essentials and non-essentials - no beer or wine but that was available only a couple minutes walk away! Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Parking was a bit of a problem (maybe the petrol shortage didn't help), only got parked in front of flat on last evening which saved quite a trek to load up the car.

Ideal location for all amenities including beach and town centre. Apartment was warm and comfortable, had all facilities that you need and some finer touches to add to the welcome. The proprietor was kind and communicated well. Local people were very friendly and relaxed. Highly recommended and being allowed to take my dog was an added bonus. Had a great week away and hope to return.

Loved it all. Area is being invested in and it shows. Art galleries and revamped houses are progressing.

The area is not unlike any other seaside resort and as we have just come through Covid, the council have some work to catch up on. Parking is a bit hit and miss but as it says, you can usually get parked within a minute walk. Plenty of local shops for self catering along with many Takeaways without having to walk to the sea front. I found that noise was about average for the location and usually all went quiet after nine pm so no problem. It is good accommodation and location for visiting many local historic sites. I was relaxed and comfortable during my stay so thanks Comfy Flat.

Not exactly a room with a view but I expected that after research. The area in general needs to be cleaned up but that has to fall to the council. The flat is kept tidy with no access issues to the front or rear. so really I have no down side.

We arrived to find no parking anywhere close to the apartment, but as we hovered across the road on doubled yellows to take luggage in, a car moved, & we were able to get into a space almost in front of the apartment. Communication with Tony, the owner, was excellent, & gaining entry via the keysafe was easy. The apartment was spacious & comfortable with everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

Our only minor problem was the kitchen bin which did not seem to want to close - we simply put something on top of it to hold the lid down.

All the added extras were great, the food, the toiletries and speakers in the lounge were great along with being able to watch itv hub etc without signing in. Very nice homely feel to the flat.

The flat is situated about 5 minutes from the sea front with some amazing funky little eateries along the way and on the promenade. The flat is spacious and very clean and modern. Tony our host was super helpful and the milk tea coffee and biscuits on arrival were a welcome touch. We will definitely be back ! Totally recommend!

Lovely big studio flat. Everything what you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Just around 10min walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our time. Thank you so much for lovely welcom.

Flat is really nice, clean and comfortable, there is everything what we needed, very close to the promenade, Tony was very helpful and nice, we will book comfy flat again when come back to Hastings.

Great comfy flat, plenty of room and facilties Owner very helpful and accommodating Good location, with shops, cafes and pubs nearby and a short walk to the beach and Hastings

The flat was spacious with a comfortable bed and smartly furnished lounge, good wi-fi, a kitchen with easy to use appliances and plenty of hot water for showers/bath. We found parking on the streets near the flat without any problems but it might be less easy in the summer season. The flat is four steps below street level and takes a while to heat up so you may need to change the heating timer, overall a great base to stay.
