Great restaurant, very good rooms and location. Staff was very nice.

THEY NEVER TOLD US THAT DINNER WAS INCLUDED IN OUR TARRIFF. WE WERE CHARGED FOR ALL EXTRA COFFEE, FOOD ETC. ALL NIGHT NO ELECTRICITY !! DID NOT TURN ON GENERATOR. NOT GOING BACK. THERE ARE MANY BETTER OPTIONS AVAILABLE.
POOR INFO. DIDNT TELL US DINNER WAS INCLUDED IN OUR TARIFF AND CHARGED FOR FOOD. NO ELECTRICITY ALL NIGHT.

Complete misselling by alpine Rhapsody and booking .com.
Room booked was family room with garden view and balcony. There was neither a balcony with room not was there any garden view. Only view was of two trees and a floor of artificial grass being passed as garden. Breakfast was limited to 4 items, half a kg of water melon pieces and 6 bananas

The staff was fantastic. Had a separate space for bunk bed for kids which was awesome. You have a view of Great Himalayan range from you room. Overall no complaints and was a very comfortable atay.

The location and the rooms. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, though , on the expensive side.
The room doesn't have a heating system. The hotel provides a portable lamp heater, but it is not effective. So should be avoided during winter time.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, amazing view from the window and a balcony, very nice cosy restaurant, tasty food. Even if you do not stay here, it is worth visiting the restaurant.
It was cold in the night, despite the heater. The hot water is very scarce. We were 3 people, waiting 20 min for each of us to wash.
Chemical smell in the room from the wardrobe.

The resort is far away from the hustle bustle and is an awesome place for a quiet getaway. The food is excellent, the staff polite and proactive, and the rooms are clean and well maintained.
Not sure if they can manage the parking slightly away from the place. It looks congested when you arrive

Nice big room with big windows and a common large terrace just outside our room with a good view of the mountains and valley. However the Himalayas were not visible because of the weather.
The staff was really good, helpful and willing to attend to all our requests. The breakfast and dinners were also good.
It is around 7 kms from ranikhet.

Alpine Rhapsody perhaps is one of the best properties located on the hills i have come across after a very long time. Right from the Manager at the front office who is the first one to welcome till the staff in the housekeeping and the restaurant, all were pleasant, courteous and always ready to help. Moving to the rooms, they have been conceptualized that there is nothing more which is required in the rooms and the connected washroom. Beautiful location, Beautiful Property and Service with a smile...that is the way I would describe Alpine Rhapsody!

Superb location of the property. Very peaceful and scenic in and around the property.
Very polite owners Mr. Aman ji and his father and ofcourse the staff.
Food quality and quantity (portions) both as per standard.
Chef listens and shall prepare to one's liking whether it may be breakfast or lunch or dinner.
