Had the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time!! The bed was soooooo comfy!!! The facilities are absolutely spot on. The staff that came out at the entrance was really helpful and polite.

The tv turned down by itself made us feel like we was being watched, and the door sounded like it was being opened and shut all night and then continued in the morning. (Guessing this was either the wind or next door in and out)

I was able to order some groceries and cook at the apartment.

The water pressure is really not the best, but all in all- not bad

The property was bright and well looked after. The bed was incredibly comfy. The staff were very helpful and communicative, especially about the parking.

The area it is situated is surrounded by an industrial estate, which is why it’s reasonably priced, but was a bit isolated.

I didn’t have breakfast. I am not a breakfast person 😊

I waited for quite a while to get my code as had to redo my IF all over again and that took time.

Nothing we didn't even stay

First thing the smell to the building was horrible the room was to hot and we was in a downstairs apartment so we couldn't leave window open to wide as it was road side.Then we could not park our cars and outside people congregating made us feel unsafe. The room was dirty and the door to the apartment rattled all the time. Kids screaming in the corridor. We ended up leaving within half an hour and to top it off your still holding my £100 deposit. Absolutely horrid experience never again wish I could get a refund but can't see that happening.

Very spacious, had everything we needed for the stay. Was able to cook there as they had all the pans/plates/cutlery. Apartment was very clean

Only downside was the mattress was hard

Nothing really to be honest. Was a big mistake.

First of all the check in procedure was horrible and staff absolutely not helpful. No reception etc, you need to call and sort out complicated stuff on your own. Secondly, the smell was extremely bad in the room and you can smell drugs at the entrance. The bed was very small, not suitable for two at all. If you're not short you will not fit in the bed. The carpet and bedsheets were dirty. The staff super unfriendly. Never again!!!
