Wonderful! Perfect for our group of ladies. Clean and roomy. Deck was lovely for evening entertainment. Would highly recommend our host. They went above and beyond to help us out.

Great location! House was clean, large enough for our whole extended family, and equipped with anything we could need. We enjoyed the games, puzzle, fire pit, and tree house!

This was the PERFECT property for our family and grandkids during our visit to the area. One of the nicest I’ve booked!

We had a group of 6 adults and the layout allowed each of us the stay in our own room, which was great. The main floor layout lends itself really well for larger groups to hang out, eat, etc., and the game room/tv room downstairs provides a similarly nice place to gather. The house is only a few blocks from the main downtown area in Glenwood so its an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in that area.

House was exceptional. Kitchen was the most well stocked I have ever seen. Amenities of the house were all as described and we couldn’t have had a better time in Glenwood.

We had 3 generations of family staying in this house for a family wedding and it was perfect for us. It was walking distance from salons, restaurants and shopping. The game room, movie room and treehouse were big hits with the kids. The place was clean and had all the amenities.

We stayed at Kenny's house in Glenwood over Fall Break with another couple and their family. This house had ample space for our families to hang out when not visiting all of the great adventures that await in Glenwood. The house was very clean, offered outdoor social space as well a game in the basement that the kids loved. Kenny was easy to get a hold of and a superb host!

Everything about this house worked well for our family to get together. We had wonderful weather and on the perfect weekend for the fall colors for anyone looking for a place to stay in Glenwood Springs. We would highly recommend the Bennett house for your launch off for outdoor adventure, we especially enjoyed the 4 Wheel Drive adventure to the crystal mill.

We found it very comfortable. Although it looked smaller at first, it was spacious and had ample gathering spaces. The kitchen/dining area was large enough for our party of 9. We loved the deck and porch. The proximity to downtown and walking destinations was good.

From the moment we arrived until our departure everything was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood and amenities qere perfect. Everything was close to walk to in town.

The host was available for travel advice and with property questions. We highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our group of 8 ladies. Kenney was very responsive and quickly solved the one issue of missing kitchen towels. Great location for walking downtown to enjoy all the shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time in Glenwood Springs. There was 3 couples and a grandmother and we had plenty of space & bathrooms. The house is exactly like the description and pictures. Clean, spacious, perfect location, & Kevin was an awesome host!

I have to say the property has a great location to downtown. Was able to walk to everything. The property owner seemed quite available through email. Easy to check in and out of the property as well. Unfortunately, when things don’t feel clean, it kinda puts out a bad feeling overall. Within a few hours of walking around barefoot, my toddlers feet were black. Felt bad for my baby, as he had to crawl around on the floor. The dishes had to be washed before use, as the majority had fingerprints or old food remnants. The master bed was extremely soft and worn, that there was an actual hump in between my husband and I. The master bath toilet also ran on and off all night. I can see the potential in this property, but a huge disappointment for the cost spent. I hope the owner can turn it around for future guests. We did leave a day early, as it was too hard to stomach the uncleanliness.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The one thing that me & the people that came along would say is a down fall is that there is someone that lives on top of the garage. I didn't see that in the booking description, if i did see it i definitely would have booked some other place. I didn't find out about this until a few days before the start of our trip when there is basically no time to make other plans or get my money back. Other then that major thing the house was great when it comes to size & function. Could use a tv on the main floor. Outdoor space was nice. Good thing there is parking in the back & the garage is available because there is basically no street parking available in front of the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to everything. Everyone enjoyed the trip. Would be perfect if it wasn't for a person leaving above the garage. She was friendly enough just not what i expected after paying what i paid.

Everything about the experience was great and Kenny was extremely responsive and communicative. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the hot springs. It’s also only a 15 minute drive to Sunlight Ski Mountain. The house is large, comfortable, and clean and well equipped for cooking meals and hanging out after hours. Overall, great experience.

Our entire experience was excellent. The space was comfortable. We had 7 adults and 7 kids (under 13). We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked, the pantry size, plus communal items in the pantry were so helpful (ie: sandwich bags, spices, napkins). Sometimes you’ll find owners that skimp a little on the extras but not at this house. Plenty of trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent. It was very accommodating. Kenny was extremely responsive every time I had a question…we’re talking minutes and he would have already responded. The door code wasn’t reset when we checked in (early) but because the owners were so fast to respond, it wasn’t an issue at all. (Nor should it have been since we were the ones who hoped to get in earlier than expected). There was an extra sled provided in the garage so we used that, along with ours, to have a sledding afternoon. Easy parking, no issues finding space. We do prefer our beds to be a bit more firm but that’s just a personal preference. Bunk bed mattresses were a little loud when tossing and turning at night. After night one, I let my husband and 2 girls have that room and I slept on the comfy couch on the main floor. Fireplace was great and kept that room toasty. The rounded table was a great “game table” and the long table was so perfect for meals. I can’t think of a legitimate complaint! The town itself and Sunlight Mountain are also fabulous. Iron Mountain Hot Springs was a treat! We really enjoyed our family ski trip to Glenwood Springs and would love to stay here again if it’s available. Thank you Super Awesome Properties! Great central location, Glenwood Hot Springs was within a 10 minute drive. Ample space for our group of 12 people. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again with our large group.

This is a beautiful, clean and spacious three-level home with multiple areas for socialization. It comfortably fit our party of 14 and the multi-level layout allowed for some to rest while others socialized. The home is situated in a quite neighborhood within walking distance of downtown dining and shopping areas. The owner is attentive, polite and responsive. This was a great experience and we would rent this property again.

Six of us girlfriends from Denver area enjoyed a beautiful fall getaway in this spectacular home. We appreciated the spaciousness of beds and bedrooms as well as the large dining and sitting areas where we could relax and enjoy being together. The house was 3-1/2 blocks up from the train station and 3 blocks from downtown, so we had no trouble getting around and got lots of walking in. Would do it all over again!

We stayed at Kenny’s for our wedding weekend! The house was perfect for our large party and for our groomsmen to get ready. Walkable distance to down town as well which made it easy to get food, explore, and meet up with others in town!

We were looking for somewhere for us to stay in Glenwood Springs with the grandparents, and as we have 6 kids ranging in ages from 3 to 20, this place was perfect! The littles had a treehouse and bunk beds. The older kids had the basement with air hockey, foosball, and their own movie room. Lots and lots of room to rattle around in and give everyone space with comfy gathering spots for socializing, games, and puzzles. Location was also great as it was close enough to all of the attractions while being far enough to make things cozy. Loved it!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Glenwood and the house had everything we needed.
