The host (Michael) was very responsive and the place itself was accommodating. He provided beach supplies, kitchenware, toiletries, etc. Location was 5 minute walk from the beach. Only issue was with loitering outside of the building, but the building itself was very secure and has 24/7 surveillance. I’d use again with small number of friends. Very functional.

Although communication with the host was excellent, the location of our rental was NOT what we were expecting. This location is in South beach, which is an ideal location for college students and early 20-year olds. Expect a lot of loud noise in the evenings. On our check-out day, we found 2 cockroaches. The unit needs a fresh coat of paint, a shorter shower curtain as the bottom is soiled with mildew because it is too long. The iron was not working, the toilet seat needs to be changed, the cups were not cleaned thoroughly. There were still stains. Some of the beach equipment was broken. The building is very old and worn. I do not recommend this rental for people over 25 years old. A very party location

This unit is directly in the heart of everything. The cleanliness could be better however everything else was as described. The owner was very helpful in rectifying the situation.
