Very friendly, great location
A little damp, but thankful the floors where getting moped anyway. Just took longer to dry than normal

We looked forward to an all-inclusive stay at a beach but ended up booking another hotel.
The check-in felt rushed & not very warm-hearted. We were not even shown to the room.
The whole resort seems scruffy including the dining hall.
We asked the hotel upon arrival if they could call us a taxi which would pick us up a the airport, but they said that they don't do this. What kinda hotel doesn't book a taxi for their guests?
The elevator really could use a renovation.
The room wasn't at all what we expected (first floor room with garden view).
You're supposed to wear a bracelet of the hotel the whole stay. Makes you feel trapped. Really not a good concept.
We already felt quite uneasy arriving at the hotel but paid the whole stay upon arrival. After paying & being informed about the usual, we headed to our room. As soon as we found it, it all went downhill very fast.
The door was OPEN. How come?! We ignored it & entered. It was very humid & just not the way the room temperature should be. We laid our luggage aside & noticed that also the garden door was open... The balcony was tiny & not clean but rather dusty. The garden also wasn't very pretty looking. It was dried out & grey & just not a pretty view.
The room itself wasn't very modern & not bright at all. It looked completely different on the pictures!
We tried to get our mind off of the first bad experience and went ahead to have some breakfast. We hoped to be shown wrong but it just got worse. The buffet was huge but I couldn't really find anything that looked good nor caught my eye since everything seemed way too oily & unbalanced. The table we sat at was NOT CLEANED. As I went to wipe my hands I noticed that the napkin was USED. I was so disgusted. The table should be cleaned immediately!
We let the reception know & were shown different rooms but also in these rooms we didn't feel well. We are still so disappointed. We hoped to at least receive a refund for at least the 1st night- but nothing.

Pool hours were too early

Don't book here! In live is much worse than in pictures. The hotel is max 2 stars. Take of the 4 star, your are fooling people.
1.The food was 90% same day after day. The food was cold. (i don't believe in previous comments, but it was). 90% pork!!!! Where is the lamb GREEK? LAMB?????
2. No vegetarian option.
3. People living not in UTC+03:00. The pool is closed at 17:00, dinner is end at 20:30 (CET).
4. One snack bar witch is close early. There are 2-3 options and it also runs out quickly.
5. The table in the terrace is dirty. You must to look for cutlery.
6. The staff is not friendly. During dinner, the garbage cart is easily pushed next to you...
7. The evening program: 3 girls yelling to the microphone... Welcome
8. The beach in front of the hotel is dirty (pic), however clean elsewhere.
9. The sunbeds are not free at the beach!
10. The standart room is post soviet look like

Excellent location
Not enough sun beds
3.7
Location was lovely as was the room. My only criticism was the food was not very varied.
The biggest downside was that we could not get a bed by the pool as people put their towels down very early.
I appreciate this is a difficult to manage but it is not acceptable that people leave towels on the beds when not using and we are unable to use the pool due to this.

nice rooms and good location
The food and drink.
Breakfast was the best meal but if you are a coffee drinker hard luck it’s terrible I tried won two separate days and still very poor.
Lunch salads were good only cheese to accompany-it, there were no cold meats unless you took some ham from the Russian Salad.
The cooked foods were so variable with none of the chicken dishes fully edible as tough to eat. The beef stroganoff was the best thing there but the chips served up as fresh when I had them had been reheated and were very poor.
The beer was way to gassy and resulted in lot of wastage and also the white wine was the poorest of any all inclusive in Greece that we have stayed in.
Also after the evening meal the only place to get a drink was in the bar nearest the sea which if you don’t like the music or the entertainment means there is no place to relax enjoy the view and the sound of the sea and enjoy in peace,
No lifeguard on duty and you had to get a beach towel from reception which often only had one member of staff and at times no one on duty so you had to wait. We arrived just after check in at three and were told we couldn’t have a beach towel until 9am the next day.

well furnished rooms, good location for those who want evening entertainments.
pool and bar area is very crowdy and noisy, there are not enought sunbeds around the pool and in the beach all facilities cost extra. food is always cold, tables are messy.
3.7
On the beach, lovely sea view room, room was cleaned daily, lovely pools, comfortable beds and whilst we preferred softer pillows, this was not too much trouble for them and we got them. I
maybe just the fact that the beach had seaweed on it and could have been cleared
3.7
Very nice hotel with great views, good wi-fi connection, clean and comfort rooms.
3.7
Good variety clean staff friendly
Towels on sun beds

Great staff, nice clean room with a strong WiFi and very tasty food.
3.7
Excellent place with sea view from the window

Location and staff fantastic
Food was cold
3.7
Lovely sea view room. Staff very attentive & helpful.
Most food was cold or lukewarm. Didn't like all the wasps surrounding pool bar.
3.7
Location was good, easy access to shops and bars.
All inclusive wasn't worth it, the pool bar felt more like a someone setup a stool giving out dodgy cocktails in small plastic cups. No entertainment in the evenings and the food was actually gross. They reused bits the next day. The beach is a small strip that is jam packed all day, I spent a lot of time down the Mango beach bar instead and ate out most nights.
3.7
The location and the pool
Food, housekeeping, stuff and it’s expensive for nothing.
3.7
Great location great swimming pool reception helpful with organising gave good tips for local places where to go
Could have been a bit more night time entertainment. Sofa beds in room were not comfortable to sleep on. Quite hard actually. Sun lounges directly out front of hotel could have been free for hotel guests as is with many other hotels.
3.7
The location was fantastic, could not possibly be any closer to the beach.
I was lucky enough to stay in a room over looking the beach, the most amazing views of the sunrise in the morning and the sound of the waves to fall asleep and wake up to.
I don't have anything to complain about.
3.7
Location was great, beach was amazing. The room view was lovely, but our bathroom was falling apart, all the tiles on the floor were fully cracked and water has been penetrating the floor and made it springy - I was a little worried I was going to fall through to the bedroom below! Rooms below kept having power cuts due to the water leaking from our shower.
All inclusive food was terrible. Quality was very bad, labelling was wrong (veggie food had meat in it). Hotel was clearly very understaffed, and the staff there couldn't cope. We could only bare it for a week, then we had to eat out for breakfast and dinner the following week.
3.7
Location was spot on, I also had sea view room which was amazing.
Staff were very unhelpful when I was needing an umbrella moving to our sun lounges for my 2yo.
Asked around 3 to 4 staff members who either ignored me or said they wouldn't do it.
Very unimpressed!
3.7
fantastic location, comfy beds and clean
there wasn’t enough facilities for the amount of people when the hotel was full - pool was manic and sun beds were all taken by 8:30am. restaurant was soo busy aswell and while food was nice it wasn’t relaxing or enjoyable more like a canteen.
the first week the hotel was at half capacity and it was much better
3.7
The room and the cleaners were exceptional, the snack bars were worth it and the food was made freshly. The staff on the snack bars were friendly. The buffet restaurant was okay but it seemed like we were served second and third day foods. Also if we stayed for 10 minutes past the closing time of the buffet we were told to leave the restaurant which I didn't like as it was done in a rude way (by switching the lights on and off from the restaurant or the man in charge had to make an announcement etc)
If you go all inclusive be sure when you wake up at 10 you will not have coffee to drink for one hour until the bar opens at 11. Also past 11 the hotel is dead everything is closed so you are better off to be going out for night drinks and snacks.
Also one of the young receptionist who started after a week of our stay had an attitude that was scratching the ceiling but we didn't have to deal with her much except when we had to check out.
3.7
Very good location, hotel very clean and comfortable, good food and all day drinks 🤩
had a problem in the shower with the temperature.
3.7
Nothing.
I would start with unfriendly staff. It is over rated false pretense pictures to attract crowd. Highly not recommended. The whole visit started with a unfriendly staff and care for the guest. I did not meet one friendly staff in the hotel. We had to argue and fight for the promised room after first night stay in different room. There was stray dog swimming in the pool for public. There was no hot water in the shower which is unrealistic. I can keep going on.. zero stars. Please never go here.

Lovely experience, one of the best hotels in Zakynthos. Would recommend. Family friendly.

Hotel in front of the beach.
Very poor internet connection, impolite front desk and reservation staff. Messy swimming pool area. Breakfast closes too early.
3.7
Good location. It was clear and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The room, beach and pool were beautiful and clean. The view from our room was perfect. The pool deck chairs are super comfortable. The hotel even arranged a nurse to come to the hotel to covid test us for our flight home. They were very nice. I will visit again.
The bed could be more comfortable. It was a little too hard. I would prefer to have the towels/linens changed more often. I think that service is limited because of covid.
