Buena relación calidad-precio en Zurich, con una pequeña cocina donde poder cocinar y ahorrar ya que comer fuera tiene unos precios desorbitados. La cama bastante cómoda. La calefacción funcionaba correctamente. Todo y estar enfrente de una avenida principal, alojamiento correctamente insonorizado. Check-in y check-out muy sencillo, a través de una máquina, sin personal de recepción. Supermercado a tan solo 3 min andando. También justo enfrente parada de tram que te acerca en 10 min al centro.

El primer día el wifi funcionaba fatal. Al segundo día todo perfecto. Al principio la estancia olía fuerte a curry, no se exactamente si porque abajo hay un restaurante o porque los anteriores inquilinos cocinaron y se quedó impregnado el olor.

Self check-in and check-out worked smoothly, the room was a little larger than expected, the kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't use it. Overall good value.

Overall it was clean but could be cleaner. We found dust and paper towels on the back side of the third pen-down bed.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and action regarding the broken springs in the mattress in my room. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, the hotel management failed to address the problem or provide any resolution. The broken springs made my stay incredibly uncomfortable and affected my ability to get a good night's sleep. It is disappointing to see such negligence and disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction. Furthermore, the room I was assigned did not resemble the spacious and well-appointed accommodations showcased in the hotel's promotional photos. Instead, it was cramped and lacked the amenities that were advertised. This misrepresentation of the room size and quality is highly misleading and unacceptable. I hope that by sharing my experience, other potential guests will be aware of the poor service and lack of responsiveness at this hotel.

Die Suite war grosszügig.

Am ersten Tag kamen wir in ein ziemlich kleines Zimmer das unglaublich nach Zigarettenrauch roch! Die Unterkunft war heruntergekommen, die Amaturen lose, überall waren Spuren von ausgedrückten Zigaretten, die Küche spährlich ausgestattet (kein Abfalleimer, kein Spühlmittel, keine Abwaschutensilien, keine Seife im Bad, geschweige denn Salz etc.). Wir kamen spät Abends an so beschlossen wir in diesem Zimmer zu bleiben. In der ersten Nacht schlug jemand an unsere Zimmertür, so dass wir in der Mitte der Nacht hellwach waren. In der zweiten Nacht versuchte jemand unsere Tür zu öffnen (natürlich erfolglos). Als das Zimmer am Tag darauf trotz Lüften und Duftspray immernoch stark nach Rauch roch und wir uns unwohl fühlten, beschlossen wir gegen Aufpreis in die Suite zu wechseln. Es hiess am Telefon, es koste einen Aufpreis von CHF 23 pro Nacht, verrechnet wurde ein Aufpreis von über CHF 30 pro Nacht. Auf Nachfrage hiess es, es wurden noch zusätzliche Reinigungskosten verrechnet. Eine detaillierte Abrechnung erhielten wir trotz Nachfrage nicht! Die Suite war war grosszügig. Praktisch alle Lichter waren allerdings defekt. Zudem waren die Amaturen wieder lose. Im Bad hatte es Schimmel (hatten aber kein schimmelfreies Bad erwartet für den Preis) und die Tür zum Badezimmer fiel aus der Fassung heraus. Die Metallschiene fiel auf die Hand meiner Frau, sie hatte zum Glück nur blaue Flecken davon. Die Leuchten wurden ausgetauscht als wir das meldeten. Die Tür wurde nicht repariert, aber wir haben das Bad dann einfach offen gelassen. Allesamt waren beide Zimmer heruntergekommen und in schlechtem Zustand. Aber das Schlimmste an der Unterkunft war, dass jeder Zutritt zum Haus hatte. Am dritten Tag lag ein Obdachloser im Treppenhaus und zwar so, dass man ihn nicht umgehen konnte. Er war total betrunken und hat dort geschlafen. Der Lift funktionierte da natürlich auch nicht, so dass wir über ihn drüber springen mussten um raus zu kommen.

I’m Ukrainian lady and I was travelling solo to Zürich I stayed in the property 4 nights and honestly I was shocked. Because kids were accusing me and the neighbours were created so much noise in the night. I hardly recommend to put security or the reception in this building

房間清潔有點不太仔細。 第三張床是往下拉的，但我住的時候床板有壞，自己修了一下才睡。

The location was great and close to public transport. The staff were nice and easy to deal with. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice.

The bathroom was tiny but it was nice and clean. Quite pricey but everything seemed to be very expensive in Switzerland.
