急遽、犬連れて利用出来るところを探したら コスパ良く、お部屋も綺麗で立地も良い場所で大変助かりました チェックインが遅れるかもしれない旨を伝えたら いつでも大丈夫です！と返答いただけて安心して伺うことが出来た

トイレの便座が冷たかった

外観はびっくりするほど 古かったです。 その反動で中は綺麗でした。

水回りが古いままで、トイレも今時シャワーもなく、便座も冷たいし、お風呂もとても古くて少しショックでした。 あとお部屋に入る時も出る時も わかりにくくて、とても苦労しました。 オペレーターの方にもすぐには繋がらずで。

We couldn’t find the light switch to turn off the light in the bedroom.

the shower room seemed to have been neglected by cleaners for a bit, everything else was alright.

The room size was quite large with separate shower, bathroom, living room and kitchen areas. The refrigerator was large enough for two people for a short stay and there was also a washer/dryer available.

The check-in process was complicated. We had to pay, in cash, all in advance at a different hotel (yes, you're reading that correctly!). Once we got to the location, we had to scan a barcode and answer a bunch of questions in order to get the keys from a mailbox. There was NO staff at the location to assist.

A very clean, comfortable place in such a convenient location. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Parking was available all around (paid only).

The instructions for checking in were a little confusing, especially trying to translate the information in Japanese to English. We had a difficult time opening the mailbox and then it wasn't clear how to open the main building door. This all made check-in a frustrating experience.

The location is very close to most of the attractions. Pay parking is available in front of the hotel. The amenities were all there and extra amenities were on hand. The entire room was clean as well. The bed was very comfortable as well. The check in and check out was hassle free, just don't forget your pass code. If you do, you can simply call for assistance. The staff will guide you throughout. All in all, the entire stay was great.

The smell of cigarettes was still apparent other than that it was a wonderful stay.
