Comfortable clean villa with great outdoor space. Well situated 5 mins walk from shops restaurants etc. Great Tv with wide range of sport and movie channels. Nice pool

There was no information on how things worked or local recommendations. However Fanos was happy to go through everything on the phone. A welcome pack (bread, milk etc would be nice)

The property was of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, very well kitted-out, well maintained, with a great pool and in a great location. Easy 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants and to the marina. Fanos was a really excellent host - very quick to respond, friendly and very, very helpful.

It was very well equipped, comfortable and had excellent facilities. The outside area, including pool, was immaculate. It had good views of Latchi and was an easy 5minute walk to its facilities.

The property was perfect, just a 5 min walk to the harbour and it’s lovely restaurants, shops etc. Stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The villa had everything you needed, UK TV channels, washing machine a home from home. The pool was gorgeous and private, lovely seating area outside. Fanos the owner is amazing, the communication with him from start to finish was excellent, we did not arrive until the early hours but he made sure we got there safely and even let us have a late check out due to our flight being late in our return. Unfortunately we had a flat tyre in the hire car and Fanos was so helpful as we had to change it to the spare, he contacted local garages to help us sort the problem. A true gentleman.

Location Host responded fast via wattsapp and was very friendly. Pool was good size Outdoor sitting areas Barbeque TV had plenty of channels Nobody is bothering you, you have your own house, we didnt see anyone coming to villa during 6 day stay

Construction side next door Lots of mosquitos. Would be nice to have doors open for fresh air, but there are no fly-nets. AC was a bit noisy Bare in mind it is self-catering, you need to clean up daily, and take the trash out and sort the recycling bins in town. If you dont clean frequently ants and other crawlers will come inside the house.

Lovely outdoor area. Host had thought of everything you might need.

Building site next door who started at 7am. Farm nearby with barking dogs

A very clean, comfortable, well equipped villa in a great location for the restaurants, shops and the beach of Latchi. Fantastic outside space, no immediate neighbours so very quiet. Good views of the surrounding area. The pictures didnt do the villa justice, so exceeded our expectations on arrival. Host easy to correspond with and quick to reply to any questions. Highly recommend and wouldnt hesitate to return if staying in the area again.
