Quarto arejado, com varanda, local bem arborizado e bonito. Chuveiro bem quente, o melhor chuveiro dentre os que experimentei no país. Funcionários atenciosos. Oferecem serviço de transfer mais barato. Boa localização, bem próximo à rua Santander, onde estão os principais restaurantes e lojinhas. Surpreendeu positivamente.

Tem um bar próximo com música alta até tarde.

Great value. Clean, quiet at night (off the main road), friendly staff, safe & secure, simple and basic and centrally located for a one night stay to catch a 5am shuttle the next morning. Good wifi. Access to purified drinking water to refill water bottles. They allowed us to check in early so we were able to go explore the town.

rude staff, not safe due to front gate open 24h, barking dogs, lack of toilet paper, shower attached with some weird electric cables hanging out all around the shower head, motorcycle standing just outside the bedroom doom, dark, humid, terribly furnished room, no chilling space, cold water, loud street noises, ppl running the place.

Beds and pillows are comfortable. Location is amazing, a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

The bed!!! Very comfortable and the owner was very helpful and attentive. I appreciated that she went to tell the neighbor-guests who were talking loudly in the middle of the night. Besides the time, it was only noise issue I had during my one week stay.

The staff was not friendly. I saw in earlier reviews that you can use the kitchen. We wanted to only make coffee and the women responsible didn't allow us to use the kitchen. The size of the room was bad also.

The room was small but clean.

The room was quite noisy. Mine was right next to the street so there was an almost constant sound of traffic, dogs barking and children playing - nothing against children! (-: I overestimated the quality of the hotel based on previous reviews. It's a good place to stay if you're on a budget, but I wish I'd spent a little more for something more central and with a larger room.

Excellent hotel, 3-4 star quality, wonderful staff, strong wifi, hot water. They let us use their kitchen, it was a truly quiet but central location of Pana. We would definitely return!
