This was the most comfortable and welcoming condo I’ve ever rented. Everything was perfect down to the last detail.

I didn’t like that I only booked 3 days. I should have stayed longer!

The location was great. I enjoyed the amenities

The couch was uncomfortable as was the first bedroom and it was also too light. It needs some blackout curtains.

Unit should have been as promised. Maintenance guy for owner showed up with no prior coordination and entered the residence. On the morning of checkout, cleaning crew entered the residence with no knock or warning at 9:35AM, checkout was at 10AM. No excuse for such intrusion.

Kitchen floor was so filthy, we had to mop it twice when we arrived. The mop had cobwebs on it, so what does that tell you.

The apartment was not clean, furniture had holes in it, bottom of shower was black, wall stained and something stuck to the wall in kitchen with hair on it. Didn’t stay, requested refund and got all but $141 back. Not sure why I was charged that fee when we didn’t stay.

It is badly in need of an update. The throw pillows were dirty and stained. The lamp had a huge stain on it. The nightstand drawer was broken so when you open it, it falls down. The queen bedroom had the nightstand and lamp in the closet so you had to open the closet door to use it! Not at all like the pictures!

Location was great. Close to beach and food places.

The gym at the property was very underwhelming. Small and outdated weights. Not very clean. The pool appeared to be outdated as well.

The room was comfortable great location and view and affordable.

The beaches at Fort Walton are always beautiful.

The photos on Booking.com were not representative of the actual condo complex. The photo of the complex at booking was not the “Seacrest” complex we stayed in.

The condo was well decorated and comfortable for our family.

The floors appear clean to the eye, but our feet would be black after walking around barefoot. Maybe the rugs need a good cleaning or to be changed. This was an issue for us as we have a baby that enjoys playing in the floor.

The layout and decorations were nice. There was plenty of cooking supplies which was great.

The twin mattresses were not comfortable for my girls. They didn’t sleep well at all. This was disappointing to say the least. I called specifically to find out what kind of coffee maker this unit had. I was told K cups. The keurig coffee maker is horrible and does not make good coffee-just mostly hot water. They need to get a new one. That is why there are tons of k cups in the cabinet. I realized there was another coffee maker there but it needed a filter I could not find in local grocery.

Location is great. Had a view of the bay and the gulf. Condo was super nice. Plenty of space. Clean. Beds were magnificent.

No early check in or late check out. Couldn't get anyone on the phone when my flight got canceled to book additional day. The group Vacasa was at a different property down the strip. Drove down and couldn't get in due to it being hated and no one ever answer the call/page button. Tbe fees were as much as the rental rate. Would vacation here again but would not recommend this agency to book through. Was unaware I could have booked directly with the property. My sister booked for $600 less than me for the same reservation.

Excellent location beachfront with views of ocean and the sound. Sunset views were outstanding. Unit seemed to be recently updated.

Property is currently undergoing a facelift so there was a lot of construction workers present along with the noise they make.

Our condo was exceptionally clean and very spacious. It has an ocean view, and it is very close to the beach. We will definitely be back next year!
