This fully renovated and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the relaxing retreat you’ve been seeking. The quiet neighborhood in part of historic Hilo backs up to a greenbelt on a dead-end street. Rainbow Falls is just a short drive, as is downtown Hilo and Bayfront.
The kitchen is easy to work in and of course has all the amenities that you’ll need to cook up those scrumptious island meals. Eat inside or dine outside on the screened-in lanai!
The living room is comfortable with a smart TV for streaming (no cable), and the house does have high-speed wireless internet through Spectrum.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, and the guest bedrooms have a queen and a full/double bed. There’s also a full guest bath also with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have combination tub/showers.
From this convenient location, explore old Hilo town with its great farmers market, historical museums, wonderful restaurants and more. Don’t miss Richardson’s, Carlsmith or Onekahakaha Beach Parks! So Comfortable.
1st time with this process. Super easy, everyone I was in contact with was helpful in every way. The rental is comfortable and clean within 10 minutes of many of the attractions in Hilo. We enjoyed so much about the neighborhood. Quiet and charming, right down to the morning chicken parade and the peeping toads at night. Highly recommended for those looking for R&R.

Excellent property and location
Smooth transaction, property manager is very easily reachable. The house is quite large and was well stocked with all essentials when we arrived. Just keep in mind, this is in a quiet part of Hilo city so if you are looking for the hustle bustle of Honolulu or Kona, you won't find it here.

The house was well maintained and clean. Nice & quiet with the greenbelt behind the house, beside the beautiful sound of birds. Lots of towels!

Hilo Hale Kaumana
Very quiet neighborhood. Was awakened with singing roosters and clucking chickens. Was lullabied to bed with croaking frogs. It was like living in the countryside. It was a great expeience.

Great location
We (3 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for 5 weeks and enjoyed it a lot. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on the end of a dead end street. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked and baked a lot! The lawn could have been mown more often since it grows fast here in Hilo. On rainy days, there was a little water dripping from the ceiling in the Lanai, but no big issue at all. Robinette was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely go there again!

We decided to make Hilo our first stop on a first trip to Hawaii. We had a great time and a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day helped. We also had great concierge support.

Enjoyed the Hilo Hale Kaumana in January 2023
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilo Hale Kaumana during our recent trip in January 2023, to visit family members who live nearby, and still have our own place with other family who came with us. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms along with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen w/dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, washer and dryer (right in carport) and lanai. Very nice place to stay, close to downtown Hilo and nearby beaches, and other sites. Would definitely rent this house again! Mahalo! :)

We enjoyed our time in this little house. It is a wonderful alternative to a hotel. There is plenty of room, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is big, everything works. The location worked very well for us. We would stay here again.

We had a good time staying at this house in Hilo. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to downtown Hilo and several beaches. It is also very easy to get to Volcano National Park.

Fantastic getaway in Hilo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilo! The house and yard were very well maintained, the inside was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to the most popular attractions. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Perfect cool retreat from the heat in this newly refurbished 3bd
We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful 3bd/2bath refurbished home with new furniture. It was very clean up on arrival, has all the kitchen items and more, even beach items as well. Close to Hilo for restaurants and shopping, farmer's markets, and beaches, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Felt like home as we cooked and did laundry before travelling home. Thank you so much, will definitely stay here again and recommend this home as well! Concierge was responsive with recommendations, which is greatly appreciated!

I feel we were very fortunate to find this place! Well balanced home well stocked and easy to navigate through the area. It rained most of the time but plenty of space inside our hats off to the owners and Vrbo. Well managed!!
