Location was great . They have their own private lift for mall road and very cute cafe as well as brewery

The price for tea/milk etc is a bit higher but the quantity provided is also good so no such complaints.

The room was smelling like a toilet, had to request fora air freshener to be sprayed, the room service person said it was because it was locked for a while, does that imply rooms are not cleaned or sanitised be for the guest checks in. The toilets were sub standard, didn’t feel comfortable taking a bath, no toilet paper.

Access to hotel is completely complicated for someone coming for the first time.

location was perfect and service was excellent

for games like pool and billiard we have to pay. parking is also it there. rooms charges are high they should include parking in it.

The location was ideal and right bang in the centre of the city. Mall road is very accessible with their own personal elevators.

The location was ideal but its a task to get to your room. Its very complicated to get to the room with multiple lifts. The bathroom is sub standard, the fans in the room dont work. overall the property needs a major refurbishment.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel's private lift makes commute easy.

The views and proximity to main mall

Room was nice and warm but the seventh heaven restaurant was a little chilly and lacking in ambience, possibly because it was almost empty.
