Perfect location in town ,very peaceful and had everything we needed for our weekend.

The property was close to the High Street and just behind The Watermill bookshop and cafe. The Moness burn ran beside the property and it was sunny enough to sit outside at the patio table a couple of mornings and enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook.

We were visiting Aberfeldy for a wedding and didn’t really spend much time at the apartment as we were with friends and relatives. if we’d been on vacation it might have been nice to have scenic views.

The surrounding location was alittle grim

Loved the location in the centre of Aberfeldy in a quiet area. Own parking space available in fenced area next to flat. Nice size of flat for the two of us which was perfect. There is a burn that runs next the flat alongside the living room but couldn't hear it in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable and there were towels supplied in bathroom. Shower in the bath was easy to use. Controls for heater in living room was easy to change. Large TV with lots of options to watch different channels. Kitchen well stocked with toaster, microwave, etc. We ate out but good facilities if you wanted to cook; there was also a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this flat again.

Perhaps a lighter duvet for the warmer weather. Maybe get rid of the rusty corner shower shelf and get a new seal at the base of the shower screen. TV options were slightly challenging to use for us dinosaurs - perhaps some written instructions would help - or maybe not :)

The apartment is very compact but in a really good way. Loved the layout. The location is perfect as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Felt very private with our own parking area ect. The bed was super comfy. Shower adequate. Overall a great little flat.

Not a lot not to like ,maybe front entrance could have been cleared of leaves but being right next to tree lined river, well hey ho !

Lovely flat for a couple. All the facilities you need for a break. Lovely view of the stream outside the kitchen and lounge window. Close to shops and pubs and the Birks of Aberfeldy, all walking distance.

There were 3 of us and although we knew the 3rd adult would be on the sofa bed in the lounge, we had not factored in how small the room was. Therefore cramped for 3 adults. Would recommend for a couple, but not anymore and I think you would struggle with children also. Lovely place though.

Perfect location to explore Aberfeldy, Weem and Kenmore. All the amenities you’d need for a weekend break were provided. On-site, private parking too!

The shower pressure was a little low but it was an electric shower. Still perfectly usable.

Everything was fabulous.!! Very peaceful and a brilliant nights sleep.!

Clean and tidy property next to the river. perfect for a few nights away. Small but well equipped with a comfortable bed and all of the appliances you would expect.

Some noise from the upstairs tenants. Sofa a little uncomfortable. Would have preferred cotton bedding.

If weather had been worse we would have struggled with space to dry kit from hill walking as fairly small

The apartment itself was good with comfy bed, good shower and plenty of crockery & utensils in the kitchen.

Although the apartment is right in the centre of Aberfeldy and handy for the town, we did not like the location of this apartment at all. It was at the end of a service lane and car park, with a building site outside. There was no pleasant outside space whatsoever. Looking back we should have noticed there were no pictures of the outside of the property when booking. We would return to Aberfeldy in future but would stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was not applicable. Aberfeldy was convenient for our purpose

It was the perfect location, has everything you need and super cosy and homely. Also allows dogs which meant we could bring our cocker spaniel with us!

Location was good just a couple of minutes walk from town centre, shops, bars etc.

Being woken at 7am on our last day by scaffolding poles being dumped right outside our bedroom window for a job across the way.

Modern, stylish, comfortable apartment within a detached cottage at the side of the burn. Parking space was great. Everything we needed was provided. Great communication with the host who very kindly let us check in early. Excellent location behind the Watermill cafe and perfect for being in the village. Quiet and peaceful. Will absolutely be back and highly recommend!

The location was central and easy to reach the town centre or the countryside. The flat was, in the main, clean and well presented. It had good off street parking and felt secure.

The bed was very small and the bed sheet had hair on it (human hair). We had to hoover it and that was a mistake as the hoover smelled really bad when it was switched on. The TV was difficult to tune and we couldn't get the normal TV channels. While the flat itself was pleasant it was also a bit cramped.

Well located for the town. Lovely Watermill cafe on the doorstep of the property. Nearby access to country walks. Good selection of eateries nearby.

It would have been helpful to have a short guide to recycling (what goes in what colour bin - we noticed that previous visitors had put all rubbish into a bin reserved for composting). I spent some time trying to find out which was the correct bin. It would also have been helpful to have a brief guide to the property e.g. how to control the heating - it took us a couple of days to work out how to turn on the towel rail, for instance. It could be great to include ordnance survey maps for use by visitors.
