Convenient location

We got a top floor road facing room . Continuous noise of the vehicles passing till late night. Our room was a floor right above the restaurant which hosts noisy parties frequently. Not good if you want to sleep after a long tiring journey.

Convenient location for Heathrow airport. Secure entry. Clean, comfortable room.

The room was too small, no breakfast and the TV was tiny and too high up.

Clean and tidy rooms, quite comfortable.

No hot water in the morning, wife called the desk and the guy there asked if she knew how to use a shower? He came to the room to turn the tap on and to prove there was no hot water, family of 5 without a shower! The guy on the desk didn’t offer any way to compensate us, we asked him to do so, he said next time we come, he will give us 10% off the booking, may as well give us 100% because I’m not returning!

wasn’t told there was a £10 parking fee for 24hr and very noisy from 6.30 in the morning of in downstairs room next to reception, banging and shouting

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly small and the carpet was not only dirty, but it also seemed to be poorly maintained. I did not find anything about this hotel to be enjoyable and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Well met by Johirul. This is my 2nd stay here before attending a course at the hospital. Well furnished, cosy and has character. Excellent value for money.

A slight noise from outside the room. But not too intrusive and not every room I am sure. Was offset by the size and quality of room.

we loved the convenience. the staff were all super lovely and helpful. parking was easy and always as described in the booking

the only downfall to the property was that the shower pressure was not good for the hot water however it was manageable to still take a nice shower

Feels like a cosy cabin

Shower was a bit dirty, and the room took long to get hot.

clean , great location and on the bus route to Heathrow (30 mins ) . staff were terrific

It was spacious and clean.

Please note no lifts though luggage storage present. Far from airport for a transit stay cheaper cost of room would make up for the cost of travel to hotel. Though staff friendly and helpful they are not available early morning by 5am for checkout . As travellers who didn’t have SIM in the UK we almost missed our next flight as we couldn’t call our taxi as there was no land line phone and there was no help or phone to call staff in an emergency. Had to stop people on the road in the early hours for help. Had a stressful stay as arrived after a long haul flight to find a cold but spacious room . Had to request for a new room which was warmer only to be provided with one set of toiletries for three individuals . we didn’t bother to request for anything more as we were very tired .

The hotel was clean. The staff was very polite and professional. Specially the managers Paul and Thomas.

The only downfall was the floorboards in the bathroom were creaking. Besides that spot on.

Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds.

Paying extra for parking when there is such a large car park seemed a bit pony.
