Appartement spacieux et propre. Très fonctionnel dans les espaces. La place de parking toute proche et la proximité des commerces et du centre ville.

La literie de la chambre enfant inconfortable. Très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine pour une famille de 5 et une chaise manquante. Trop éloigné de la station de métro allant à Londres.

The location was the only positive!

Everything! We arrived and realised we would be controlled by a ring door bell!! We asked hot water to be turned on between 5pm-8pm by 7pm no hot water was available, because yes the water is also controlled. When we first entered, the living room rug stank of urine, we told the host and they immediately blamed it on us!!! The host came into my apartment once, because the wifi apparently wasn’t working, didn’t not bother to check online if it was a virgin media problem, when in fact it was. The rooms are full of mould and windows would barley opening meaning that we were living in pure humid! This is a serious health hazard! After ou stay the host blamed us for apparently peeling the paint wall when in fact it peeled on its own as it was humid and mouldy, what pleasure would it give me to be peeling peoples wall? NONE! Kitchen cabinets were broken, all the cutlery was greasy and oven was left dirty with tin foil and crumbs. No one should have to pay ridiculous amount of money for an apartment that is not safe to live in. It is not stunning or beautiful as said on the name, it is truly a horrible place. I spent most of my stay cleaning the place. The toilets had no ventilation. No deposit was refunded after being told I would get a partial refund due to “damage” that was already there when we got there! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, FRAUDS! All the photos attached were taken on the day we arrived. We have tried contacting booking and have gotten no reply, shame on you!

central, clean comfortable,

lack of instructions on appliances, heating difficult to regulate, the building dose not relate to the bookings.com photos and the name seven suites dose not exists, it’s a very obscure address and hard to find.. photo a pub at Watford station..

very good location, attractive from the outside free designated onsite parking large sofa in lounge comfortable and large enough for us all to relax on

Not high end - standard at best. Very small 2nd bedroom with only 1 bedside table and no bedside lights meaning kids had to get into bed in the dark after switching main light off. Only 2 channels on TV (Netflix and BBC iplayer) Needed immersion heater for hot water. No guest information to advise on the TV or that we needed to put the immersion heater on to get hot water - found out by opening all cupboard doors! Dishwasher broken and probably broken for a while judging by the smell when I opened the door. Only 1 door on wardrobe in main bedroom (the other was found in cleaning cupboard) Black mould around shower in en-suite. Edging around floor broken in several places. Place appeared clean but generally tatty and needing updating. Facilities basic and in no way what is expected from accommodation classed as ‘high-end’

Good location but a little hard to find. The host was very helpful explaining were it was till we found it.

Very easy access to complex. Close to shops and train station. Very comfortable and everything needed for a family stay in apartment. Easy refuge disposal on final day.

Extreme difficulty in trying to book an additional night. Gave up in the end and just spent the night at the airport.

We like about the stayed for 17 nights easy access and well maintaince

Car parking space,which we have two cars,but we got the parking bay for one,Finally we got the penalty charges tickets.
