Well served by public transport. Close to city centre. In a quiet small housing complex. Run by the same person who also run another B&B just a few doors away, which I'd stayed in last time I was over.

A small thing, the actual shower was a bit on the small side.

There was only enough hot water for one shower in the morning. Not enough hot water in taps either. Very disappointing

We were greeted like family and continued to get the same care through out the visit. Very hospitable family and amazing breakfast! Rooms were perfect. Comfiest bed during our whole trip. Would totally stay again!

l booked the property Woodhaven Manor but was told on arrival (too late to walk away) I’d have to stay in another house! I was not happy, I was shown to a small cold room where tv wasn’t working

The place was cold, I had to ask for a blanket, tv wasn’t working and it was small. I was changed to another room, which was bigger, but still cold. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows weren’t comfortable either.

The bed was extremely comfortable. I would say in the top 3 beds in Galway, and I’ve stayed in almost every hotel!!

The room was cold, very cold. The windows were poor and let in the cold when closed, the condensation was dripping onto the windowsill. The bathroom was also cold, had no extraction fan for the showers, and the shower tray was almost filled with water by the time you finished having a shower.

It was left out hallway no sign help use just tea coffee box breakfast cornflakes

When got there it was like interview by the ss not friendly
