Everything. Would have given 9 or 10, if not for the noise from the AC.

The building has 5 floors. On each floor they have gatheret all the outside part of the AC's outside one room. And according to the staff, that is exactly outside the only twin bed room on each floor. They were not particulary eager to change our room. So don't order a twin bed room, unless you can sleep with noise.

La cama era bastante cómoda y estaba bastante limpio.

Quizás la calle en la que está ubicado es un poco solitaria. Una de las noches empezó a entrar mucho olor a tabaco por el split de aire acondicionado.

Location is walkable to many eateries and easy to grab to places. Room is clean.

It would have been nice if there is a smart TV allowing guest to connect to netflix and tissue paper in the room.

For a 3 Star hotel it did its job pretty well. Safe, clean, all basic amenities in working order. Good powerful aircon in the room to offset the hot muggy tropical climate; a welcome retreat after trotting round the old town. Comfortable bed with good quality sheets. A very thoughtful and most welcoming highlight was providing a drinking water dispenser at the hotel reception for one to top up one’s empty bottles saving the trouble of buying and lugging heavy mineral water bottles from the convenience stores. Cuts down on plastic waste too!

Walls between the rooms were pretty thin and lacked proper soundproofing. Wasn’t thrilled by my neighbor’s after midnight activities. Another minus point was the air conditioner unit which faced the bed had for some strange reason a large lighted temperature indicator. And it emitted bright white light. A bit annoying when you’re trying to sleep at night.
