Colazione inesistente

I servizi interni ,non abbiamo avuto neanche il sapone per lavarsi,oltre che abbiamo pagato le lenzuola 8,0€x due persone ma il lenzuolo era uno ,lo trovo assurdo,non abbiamo avuto neanche la collaborazione, prezzo esagerato per una notte

Can’t think of much

Dirty - old bed - bad climatisation Really back from Japan, that is the worst experience ever. No place to park. No support from the agency for getting the key while with kids. Information on booking not clear how to access it. Bad - bad - bad we left one day earlier. My back couldn’t sustain the matelas.

The location was incredible and felt very safe

There’s a lot of steps to get up to the property and picking up the room keys in Rapallo was a bit of a hassle

I didn't like the fact that the night before arrival, the property agency asked me if I was bringing my own linen? What? Which Hotel or AirBnb does that? They charge EUR 13 per person for linens and towels - This is absolutely absurd! In order to pick up the keys, you have to go to the agency, in the next town, to pick up the keys yourself. They will not meet you at the property to give you the keys - you have to travel with your luggage. Absolutely ridiculous! Once you get to the apartment, you can have to carry your luggage at least 4 floors, on very steep stairs and a very narrow stairway. Aside from the view, there is nothing positive that I can write about this property. The beds were horrible! The sofa bed is like sleeping on springs, from a box spring. Very dissatisfied customer and unhappy about how the agency treated us, after checking out!

air conditioning wasn't working very well. It was bit hot inside the room.

The view and the location are amazing!!! Perfect!!!

We had to pay for the sheets and towels and I had to do the bad! I never seen this before…. The toilet, the coffee mashine and the washing mashine were dirty! There was no rubbish bin, toilet paper and shower gel/soap. The bed was very uncomfortable!

The location is perfect, the view is gorgeous, and close to the train station.

We have to collect the keys in the next town which it's long walk or have to take a taxi, the train schedule doesn't match the check in time, and there is no linen no towel, you have to bring your own or rent from the agency which is a bit expensive 13Euro, and the staff isnt good at English, miscommunicate, didnt tell exactly where the room is
