1) Clean beds
2) Utensils & cooking tools provided. Rice cooker & eletric kettle provided too

1) The clothes drying rack is too HIGH. We have to use chair to hang our clothes
2) Please provide more hanger to hang clothes
3) The electric burner is fair to use. Prefer the normal fire burner

I like the bed, very comfortable, big house, makes our big family vacay of 8 adults doesn't feel stuffy at all, the kitchen can be fully used, there's a big fridge, rice cooker etc. Cool and pretty view balcony to hangout.

It’s very convenient, especially with my 2 elderly parents in wheelchairs easy to wheel them around. There is a park on the 6th floor next to the swimming pool which my parents enjoy very much to relax.

Our unit was right next to the gym and pool. Playground was just around the corner. Unit was clean. Host was very informative about parking info and how to access and get to the unit from the parking.
Being on the top level, you can hear the planes passing from the unit. Not a big problem unless you're a light sleeper.

The place is near for us to reach event location in very short time....love the unit bcoz got balcony..
Maybe need to upgrade some closet i guess and to put all the belongings and clothes.

Location was very nice and convenient. The instruction sent to Whatsup from the owner was very clear and helpful.
I couldn't open washing machine door. It would have been of help if washing machine instruction was placed somewhere in the property.
It's not a problem of this porperty but the noise of aircrraft approaching Kota Kinabalu airport even during the nighttime was annoying.

A microwave oven would be a great help since most people stay there for only a short period of time & don't do stove cooking much. Most of the time they would just order/tapau food and a microwave would be helpful to reheat the food.

The place is convenient as it is just above the IMAGO shopping mall. And with parking space for our family car. The moment i enter the homestay it feels like a hotel. There's 4 rooms and 3 bathroom to accommodate my whole family. Location is strategic as it just around the center of KK city. Short driving distance to Jesselton Wharf and other shopping malls. Shopping mall below the homestay are well equipped with cinema, diners, karaoke and family friendly massage parlors nearby. Absolutely awesome. Will definitely stay at this place again if i ever come back to KK.

The pillow is hard uncomfortable,the bathroom a bit smelly.but overall it was a good stay.
