I loved the quiet environment, and the lovely staff !

there were roaches crawling all around the stove area and some near the bed. there was rice around the stove from a previous customer, and when I walked on the floor without my socks, my feet were extremely dirty, indicating, the floor had not been swept or mopped . it was very disappointing considering this was my first stay at this location . I hope you all can afford an exterminator .

it was in great location off interstate and they have stovetop to cook.

They had roaches. Found out next day that housekeeping don’t come til every 14 day, so that mean sheets aren’t changed for every guess, (we sat tied up trash outside of room to make sure roaches don’t come out n we returned n trash was sat back in room)so that’s when we found out you also have to take own trash out. Property smell like marijuana. Manger never own property and very unconcern about guess stay. Our room was put together the day we was arriving and it look’s nothing like website. Kids was itching from covers.No phone in room to call down to desk.Didn’t take pics was so mad at property. I attached the message I received about room that wasn’t on website.

location staff was nice

Very high price for the type of stay. The wood laminate floors were not very clean and we saw some roaches in our room. We we also were priced for a room with double beds and a sofa couch. We received a queen bed in a room with a desk chair.

Free Internet: constant failing the connection

Receptionist was friendly.

Lobby, elevator, hallways, and my room smelled bad. Room was dusty and floors were dirty with a few dead bugs scattered around. Would dare to say that the pictures online would make one think it was a completely different hotel.

Roaches and constant smoke smell throughout hotel. Also the noise from partying and jumping around at all hours made it very hard to sleep.
