The cabin was clean and spacious. It's located close to town and nearby trails yet located in a quiet area up the mountain. Takes less than 8 min to drive into town. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We also liked that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The paper towels and dish soap/detergent provided was very much appreciated.

The drive up/down the cabin. Poor tv signal and we were unable to get the tv to mirror/cast or watch apps such as netflix, max, prime.

Atmosphere,the rooms and beds was nice comfortable loved the home updated appliances and comfort

The extra fees would have stayed a week ,I help run a business and would be bringing up employees more if cleaning fees wasn't so high

It’s a beautiful house, it has a lot of space and facilities. Family had a good time there!

If you are going to choose the downstairs bedrooms just know that you will hear all the steeps and movements on the 1st floor. Soo, if you have kids just stay downstairs so people on the first floor can sleep a little longer 😊

Ooo Dios me encanto todo, la cabaña muy bonita y bien espaciosa, decorada de acuerdo a la temporada muy agradable y acogedora, sin lugar a duda la escogería nuevamente, muy cerca de el pueblito de Gatlinburg, para ser exacto a unos tres minutos, quede muy encantada

It was in a good location and it was a pretty decent house.

Well when we arrived we saw roaches running across the floor, there was no shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom, the living room fireplace wasn’t working, and then the next morning while trying to make coffee we found dead roach in the reservoir, but the did bring us a new one the later that afternoon.

Location was great close to downtown,grocery store.kitchen was large enough for the whole family.

Need to have broom-mop on property that only problem.

The layout of the cabin. The amount of rooms. The size of the rooms. The amount of bathrooms. Parking.

The number of steps inside. Wasn't too bad. TVs were hard to operate. Unclean hot tub. First Gatlinburg getaway.
