J’ai aimé le fait qu’on soit à côté du stade de France et à côté du canal. C’était agréable de s y balader

Dit is een mooie en nette apartement, ideaal voor een kort verblijf in Parijs. Daarnaast is de metro zeer goed bereikbaar vanuit de locatie.

Het appartement is niet super groot, maar zeker voldoende voor een klein gezin dat een paar dagen in Parijs gaat doorbrengen.

Value for money and just across the river from Stade de France, great spot if you’re visiting for a sports event, in our case it was perfect as we were visiting for the Rugby World Cup, it was a 5 minutes walk to the stadium

The property was great and no complaints but in terms of location, you need to be mindful of where you’re going specially at night, the streets can be a bit intimidating, luckily we were both guys so it was ok but i can’t say the same if you’re a female visiting

The location is great if you want to stay in St. Denis or you want to visit Paris. The apartment was great for solo travelers or for couples. It has everything you need for a good stay. Comfy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. The metro to the heart of Paris is in less than 5min. walking distance. I recomend it with both hands, and deffinately will stay there if i visit Paris again!

Everything was perfect ... 2 minutes away from the metro station .... very calm an quiet place .... overall everything was excellent ... highly recommend

The inside of the apartment was updated and clean.

The location was sketchy. There was a rat in the courtyard and long sticky spiral steps to get up to the apartment that we still can not get the stuff off the bottom of our shoes. It's was a shared washer and dryer we washed our clothes, and they came out smelling so horribly like garlic, onions,or curry .We had to take time out of our vacation to find a laundromat to take stinky wet clothes to be rewashed several times.. The toilet only worked half the time. The day we were checking in, I had to send several messages and finally contacted booking to get the person who was renting the apartment to contact me to give me the PIN code to get in.

large and arranged apartment. Toilet and shower room is clean, nice price. And free parking space on the street. Easy self check in/out.

I'm not sure but the bed sheet doesn't look like washed, there was a brown drop spot on the right side, and blanket smells not good..... People walked very loud upstairs in the midnight.p... Location doesn't make me feel safe.
