My husband and I had a wonderful time, We wanted to stay longer! It was a great experience all the way around. The beach being a block away was absolutely wonderful and not crowded at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable space for us. We had so much more room to spread out than in the condos we were looking at. The balcony spaces were lovely and the area quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The section of beach was nice and not too crowded even though I think all of the rental spaces in the neighborhood were booked.

The townhouse is in an excellent location and the main floor and balcony are great! You have slivers of ocean views everywhere with a bay view from the living room. The couch is new. The bedroom floor has bathrooms for both bedrooms which was nice. However a few a the wash clothes were stained and didn’t want to use. The main bedroom did not have window coverings on the patio door so it was awkward for people in the other bedroom to use the patio since they could see everything in bedroom and at night when the light was on the entire neighborhood could see in the bedroom. We contacted the manager and they in turn contacted the owner who said it was their preference to have no window coverings.

I would have liked it to have been a little cleaner in the kitchen area, as the baseboards by the sink and coffee area had a spill of some sort all over them. The coffee machine also did not look well cleaned on the inside where the water goes. And the pantry had food leftover from the last guest stay. But overall the place was nice enough, our favorite part was the 2 decks that this place has, especially the one off the master bedroom area, you can hear the ocean from it and it is just so nice & relaxing!

Great neighborhood, quiet beach, only concern is a water drainage issue on street when rains

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. Close to a grocery store, gas stations, and a few restaurants. 3rd row from the beach, top floor has great view of the beach, comfortable beds, each bedroom has its own full bath. Top floor with kitchen and living room also has full bath. Well kept property, we will return.

Great property - just a few blocks away from the beach. It comes with wagon, chairs and toys. Plenty of room for our group (3 adults & 2 kids). Property was clean and kitchen has everything we needed.

Kitchen was stocked with supplies needed for simple eating and cooking. The storage closet had chairs, wagon and few beach toys so perfect for what you need.
You can see the beach from the deck but around the houses between you and the beach. The beach access is basically right in front of the townhouse but you have to walk around the street and other house to get to it (otherwise, you would be walking through someone's backyard). It is very quick even so and only 2 minute walk. Easy, convenient, and would be no problem with kids.
Decorated nicely although there were a few items needing repair in the townhouse - like some ceiling cracks, damaged wood on a bathroom cabinet, and siding which was missing next to the front door. It did not impact the actual comfort and stay in the townhouse but more of an eye sore if you notice it.
It is located right next to Termini San Luis Road but in a quiet area and blocked by shrubs so not a problem at all. The small strip of beach (of which you are the 3rd row of houses) also means the beach is very quiet and not busy. Very nice.

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this home. It had everything we needed, it was very comfy and a quick walk to the beach. We all LOVED it.

Great place for the family.

Rented this condo to get away a little workcation since needed a change of scenery prior to Thanksgiving. w e have been working at home and were getting a little stir crazy. We thought the place was wonderful! Loved just being a block away from the beach and did daily walks. We did have two issues during our stay. My daughter had difficulty getting onto the Network but a call to the Turn Key Rep fixed that with minimal effort. Make sure you call from the phone you made the reservation with. The second issue was that the dishwasher had an error code and did not work properly. They offered to come out and fix it but we turned that down and were OK with doing a hand wash. The place was very clean, the beds comfortable, and a great place to relax. If you plan to do your own cooking there, recommend either bringing the food or doing your grocery shopping at the Randall's or Kroger in Galveston. The grocery store out front is nice but you will pay a premium. Also if you plan to do a lot of cooking, would recommend bringing your favorite knife and any seasonings you might need. We loved the place and definitely would consider going back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed a full week here. It was spotlessly clean and management was very quick to answer a couple questions that we came up with. A very comfortable, nicely furnished, well-equipped property where we would like to stay again!
