Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It is definitely a hidden gem in this neighborhood, as the surrounding homes do not have the same aesthetic at all. There is very little cell service so make sure to connect to their WIFI for Mapquest, etc before you venture out. I was able to text and Facetime from the house but could not make or receive any regular calls, even when connected to the WIFI. This could depend on your particular cell service provider. The outdoor space is very cool! There is a ton of natural light in this home and the décor is very modern. The smoke alarm was set off twice due to steam from the shower downstairs so be aware in case you like your shower temperature super hot! This was easily remedied by opening the windows. There is a ton of space in this home for many people to spread out. One bedroom downstairs and three (including the master) upstairs. There is a downstairs TV room as well as an additional TV room upstairs that includes the washer and dryer. Note there are not any TVs in any of the bedrooms. There are lots of great nearby restaurants and several easily-accessible beautiful beach spots within a short driving distance. This area did not feel touristy at all - Very relaxing. We would definitely return.

The home is beautiful and just as stunning as it photographs. We booked months out for a work retreat. As the trip got closer, we had a team member cancel. Since the host charges $100+ per person staying, we submitted a change request reflecting the new number of guests. The host never responded. We sent multiple messages to the host, and contacted vrbo support who said they couldn't do anything to help. The host eventually responded to a different message while continuing to ignore our request for a partial refund. I've never had this experience with a host and it left a bad taste from the whole reservation. Unfortunate that such a beautiful home is paired with such a difficult home to work with. I do not think we would book another reservation here.
