This condo is an amazing place to spend your vacation! It is clean! The view is beautiful with the balcony having comfy chairs and a high top table with tall chairs for an unobstructed view. There is absolutely everything you need for the beach available. The kitchen has all dishes, cookware and appliances in great condition. It is well furnished, everything is as you see in the pictures. The host s is easy to communicate with and the building is well maintained.

My sister and I have stayed at this condo twice now, and definitely hope to go again soon! The condo is perfectly located in Ormond Beach, in the residential area. So it’s not crazy busy with tourists! The condo is beautifully laid out with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (plus an extra sofa bed!!) The kitchen is huge and organized and stocked for anything needed. We felt so much at home but also felt so much on vacation. That’s such an incredible feeling! So much though was put into every inch of this condo unit, for every type guest/family that wants to stay. I can’t imagine accommodations or facilities being any better!!! Please consider renting this unit in Ormond Beach. You will not be disappointed!!!

I was in town for my mother’s memorial service. We had family staying in the same building. This unit is stocked with everything you could ever need in the kitchen as well as beach items, and bathroom essentials you may have forgotten. The bed and linens were comfortable. The host was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone heading to Ormond Beach.

The condo was remodeled and well maintained. The location was perfect - right on the ocean - with spectacular views and direct beach access.

We had the best Spring Break here! The condo is absolutely stunning, pics does not do it justice. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. The condo is fully stocked with everything you will need, except could use more wash cloths and towels. Beds were super comfy and view of the ocean is breathtaking! We hope to be back next year. Cheryl was super sweet and very informative of different events going on in the area at the time of our stay. We had a blast! Also loved that the condo was safe and secure with a key entry in the main entrance and keyless entry in the actual condo.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cute beach condo. My family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. We loved being able to cook meals in the kitchen, saving us tons of money! We explored some of the local restaurants for dinner and were never disappointed. And the view is fantastic! Cheryl was very responsive and a great host. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights in March. Long review short: we'd stay here again, no questions. Everything you'd want in a vacation rental and nothing you don't. The long review: the decor is minimalistic without being bland. For morning coffee, there's a Keurig, a drip pot, and a french press, along with a hot water pot for a more DIY option. A few k-cups, full-pot grounds packs, tea bags, and other goodies mean you don't have to bring much unless you're picky. The master bed was comfortable. It's not the Sleep Number we have at home, but we both were able to get quality sleep every night. Plenty of pillows, both decorative and usable. The bathrooms are smaller but entirely serviceable. The master closet has plenty of hanging and shelving space. For the privacy-concious folks, all mirrors passed the finger-touch check. The balcony is just the right size and accessible to both the living room and master. The blinds in the master could be a bit better for those who like to sleep in, but you can get them to not let in any direct light easily. As for the building and location: there was no lighting at the drive-in entrance and I drove past it at night multiple times. The parking lot was lit, but none of that light helps with identifying the turn-in from the street unless you're crawling. Parking lot felt plenty safe. Beach access needs a key (provided in the unit) both ways. 6th floor elevator doors need some grease. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great stay! Beautiful view right on the beach. The best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Bed was also super comfortable. Property manager Cheryl was very responsive. (We never had any problems though).

Everything about the condo was above and beyond. Located minutes from everything yet peaceful and quiet. Property was clean, well maintained. Decor was lovely and amenities one normally wouldn’t expect - I felt at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I hope to be back in the future!

We really enjoyed our time in Ormond Beach.Andy and Cheryl’s condo provides an expansive oceanfront view, which was great since it rained off and on for two of the three days. The condo is exactly like the pictures, except there is truly no way to show how a place makes you feel. The condo has anything and everything you might need for your stay, including beach necessities, games, book, personal care items, etc. It is extremely clean and incredibly well maintained. The location of the pool is terrific, though it is not heated, so if you are staying in the winter, you may not want to factor time in at the pool. The location of the condo is top-notch. It is close to everything, yet it is quiet and not congested like some beach communities. We enjoyed all the different restaurants within a couple of miles of the condo. Cheryl was great to work with regarding communication. We will definitely be back for another visit to the condo, and we will stay much longer.

We had an incredible girls' weekend at this remarkable property. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find everything clean, tidy, and exquisitely decorated. Cheryl was a fantastic host who promptly attended to all our inquiries. I couldn't have asked for anything better. This is definitely a place I would like to return to.

Our family stayed at this condo last year during the same week. We loved it so much, we knew that we would not stay anywhere else when we came back to visit the area again this year. While I could easily argue that this may be the best condo we have experienced on the Atlantic or the Gulf Coast, there is no doubt that the hosts are absolutely the kindest, most amazing hosts you will ever find. The beachfront views are amazing, there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from, and the location makes it an easy drive to St. Augustine or Daytona, or even a day trip to the Kennedy Space Center. That’s if you can find the motivation to leave the balcony! Wonderful place that I am sure we will return to time after time!

Let me tell you all about the experience at this Condo.....OMG talking about clean, nice every kitchen appliance you can imagine. I have NEVER stayed at a Condo and they give you washing detergent, pads, toothpaste, QTips, coffee, seasonings and more. And the person Cheryl was on point with any questions or concerns you thought you had. I just want to say if you stay at this Condo you will be very pleased....they have top notch cutlery, glasses, pots and pans....OMG I kept the name of some of the stuff they have so I can get them for my home. I/we were there celebrating out 27th Anniversary and this Condo did not disappoint. Thank You, Thank You & Thank You some more....do you have any Condos in Myrtle Beach we are headed there next.

This property had such a beautiful view! When it wasn’t too hot, we loved spending time on the balcony just watching the ocean and activities on the beach. We were even able to see a late night rocket launch from the balcony! The condo was as pictured- it had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked (even though we ate out the three nights we were there). Just 2 of us stayed, but there was another bedroom and bathroom so there was room for more. It was easy to communicate with Cheryl and she was quick to reply. The condo and the pool area were nice and clean as well as the beach. It was a relaxing place to celebrate our anniversary. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! The family had a wonderful time play in the ocean and the pool. The home was well furnished with conformable amenities. Bedrooms and beds are comfortable.

The condo was very spacious. We were 4 adults and 2 small children. The kitchen was large with everything that you would need. The pool and ocean views were fantastic! The extra poles on the balcony wall were very safe for the young children to look out to the water without fear of them falling through. The living room was large enough that we could have a “toy zone” for the kids. Awesome to have the personal laundry room across the hall along with everything you could want or need for the beach. We would definitely come back!

Our family had such an amazing stay in this beautiful condo! Cheryll was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had! The location was perfect and our kids loved being able to alternate easily between the beach and pool! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. There was an abundance of tasty local eats and fun family activities! The view was breathtaking. We spent many mornings on the balcony watching the sun rise. 10/10 would recommend! We’re looking forward to future vacations here!

This is all you could ever want for. Beautiful views, wonderful swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine. Very quiet, you hardly ever meet anyone. The entire building is very well kept. We'd love to come back some time in the near future.

This was a wonderful vacation location. The view from the condo was awesome and listening to the ocean waves 24/7 was So soothing. It’s just a great place for low key relaxation. Everything in the condo was as described on the website, no surprises. We enjoyed seeing two rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from the balcony, one during day and one at night. So cool to see!!! The beach was not crowded, Very nice sand and enjoyed by all ages. Everything was great, can’t wait to come back!!!!

This was a great "base" for Bike Week. It was close enough but not too close to take advantage of everything. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and beautiful sunrises!

What a beautiful place to have a family vacation! Everything was just as shown in the pictures! Beautiful and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need and/or want to prepare meals and snacks! The views were fabulous. Sunrises from the balcony and sunsets from the front deck!

The condo is just as nice as it looks in the pictures. The view and location is just great. The kitchen is honestly nicer than my kitchen at home, which as a cook, I appreciated. We were there for a month, and were very comfortable. Having an on-site washer & dryer is a big plus for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is right on the beach. We had all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer. We loved the 6 floor balcony over looking the ocean and beach. Great place to read and relax. Our four year old granddaughter joined us for part of the visit. She loved the toys and games!
