The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket.

We all over enjoyed ourselves. You won’t need anything, but the host made sure that for all types of guest, that she knew how to prepare for all essential needs. From the moment we entered her property, the aroma just made you feel so welcome and comfortable. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool, since they had access whenever they wanted to cool off. From coffee to water shoes, she had everything you think you may need. The area was pretty quiet. The whole house was clean and everything was organized and in place. I would definitely stay again. Just want to also say Thanks for communicating effectively and in a timely manner.

Ms Ingrid is an amazing host! Before our arrival she gave very specific and detailed instructions on how to access the secured community and get in the house. Because I have young girls, she asked if we celebrated Easter so she could get them a little something since our arrival was Easter Sunday. A little something was a huge basket overflowing with all sorts of chocolates and other goodies for the girls. Not only that but she had another basket for all of us to share! It honestly was so much we had to leave some behind as we didn’t have the space in luggage to carry it. The beautiful home is also well stocked with just about everything you could need. I had mentioned that I would stop at Walmart to pick some things up before coming but she suggested I come to the house first to see what was there. She was right. There were fresh eggs and fruits, beer and champagne, water, all sorts of seasoning, cooking oils, canned goods, milk, coffee, tea, lotions, soaps and not the cheap off brand stuff-very premium products-and she encouraged us to help or selves to whatever and make ourselves at home. The private pool area was great with a bbq area, again, with chairs, inflatables-even water shoes, hats, towels and a bathroom and outdoor shower. I’m going to run out of room.Book this property, you will not regret it. And visit Cayey to try pernil: Mojito de Lechonera. I wish I had more space. Thank you Ms Ingrid. You’re awesome! Truly ☺️

The hostess was amazing. She left gifts and local goodies for our arrival and was very quick to respond in communication. The house was very spacious and well stocked. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. It’s a safe gated neighborhood away from the tourist hustle and bustle. That said, you do have to drive everywhere, which was a pain with San Juan traffic. It is an open house so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Birds chirp early and neighbors have dogs that woke us up every AM. We were able to walk to get groceries and Walgreens (less than 10 min walk) which was nice. Enjoyed our stay!

This will forever be our Home Away from Home! The house was clean, bright and welcoming. This trip was for my husband's 60th birtgday. I informed Ingrid of the reason for our vacation and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! The house was decorated with balloons not just in the living room but in the master bedroom AND THE POOL!!! along with cake drinks and dinner!!!! I wish i could upload the pictures. She also had a beautiful gift basket with local treats and such!! The communication with Ingrid was excelent. What ever you want or need she will help. We had a few massages at the house that she arranged (Maria Christina has magical hands!!!) Everything you need as far as pots pans cooking utensils, bbq, laundry exceded my expectations. We left so relaxed. This was such a peaceful relaxing HOME. Im allready planning our next trip for later this year. Thank You Ingrid for your gracious hospitality.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. No issues communicating with the host . Accessing the property was easy. Inside was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is very safe. Definitely would book again.

This home is amazing! Ingrid has left nothing unconsidered and makes you feel so welcome in her home. Special welcome gifts, bottled water, a well stocked kitchen,coffee and creamer, a few groceries in the fridge, wonderful bath products, candles lit, air conditioning on, nice linens, exercise equipment, the list goes on. The house and pool are wonderful, just as the pictures show! This is in a gated community and we felt safe going on our morning runs within the community. We walked to a wonderful little ice cream shop and bar and restaurant about 1/2 mile away. Other than the barking dog next door (and in nearly every home) the house and neighborhood itself was nice and quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and their is even a bathroom outside near the pool! Check in was so easy, she sends you everything you need to know and she was available for questions. We did not know if the sweet cat that came for daily visits was a regular but we welcomed him or her. I will tell anyone who is coming to PR to stay at Ingrid's place, it was a 15 out of 10 :)!

I will definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay close to everything but in a safe area. The property is in a gated community and it’s clean, spacious and the pool is very refreshing after a long day of outdoor adventures. The host is absolutely amazing very helpful and thoughtful. Close to Walgreens, Starbucks, supermarket and the highway. Thanks Ingrid.

I don’t know where to begin. The home is beautiful and in a nice gated community. The host Ingrid provided everything and I mean everything we needed for the stay. She had water in the fridge. A gift box of goodies on the table. The home was clean and smelled fresh. We had kitchen and bathroom supplies. Bbq grill and supplies. The master bedroom was nice. Pool area- perfect. She provided pool towels & sunscreen. Pool is cleaned weekly. I actually could have left half of my personal items at home because Ingrid provided most of what I needed. When we come no to PR, I am staying here.

EVERYTHING was GREAT! First of all, I can’t say enough good about Ingrid. We communicated often and she was very attentive to us as her guests. We felt special. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and Ingrid acknowledged it with welcome gifts to PR! The house was very clean and spacious. Pool was clean and very much appreciated. We met Leo the cat who lives next door. Give him a little bite to eat and you have a buddy forever! We loved our stay and hope to return.

Very nice and affordable! Quiet neighborhood! The owner is very communicative and helpful ! Anything you need she has the answers ! The pool was nice the place is gorgeous! I will be rebooking here again !

Comfortable home equipped with all that is needed while on vacation. Property manager was super responsive and attentive to all our needs. Property is clean and conveniently located near a lot of stores and restaurants. We stayed near the Christmas holiday and the house was beautifully decorated. It was a great getaway home.

This location was great with everything we needed close by. Walgreens and Amigos grocery store was in walking distance. The bedrooms and family room were very spacious and my husband had no problem getting around the rooms with his wheelchair. Wish the poolwater was warmer but it was January so we totally understood why. Ingrid was great with everything. She stayed in touch throughout our stay and was quick to answer any concerns we had. The wonderful welcome basket along with the birthday and anniversary balloons were a great suprise.

Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to requests. Property was very clean and had everything you could need. Would stay again.

The property was beautiful and clean and every was nicely prepared. The house had all the amenities an extra we didn't need a thing everything was there for our use. Beautiful community and quiet for a relaxing stay. I will book this place again and recommend it to everyone I know.

Check-in was very smooth once you clear with the guard. Ingrid's place place is nice and cozy. House was still decorated for Christmas which ended in Puerto Rico the weekend we got there. Pool was very nice and clean! House has a really nice walk in shower in the master which was great! It is close to grocery store (Walmart) and many good restaurants in the area! Ingrid has just about everything covered for you as far as phone numbers and websites for excursions, rides and even spa services which we didn't have a chance to take advantage of. Thank you Ingrid for all your help, and for being so accommodating! We will definitely look her up when we come back!

From booking all the way to our trip was over ... owner was very attentive and great communication... the house was beautiful just as seen in the pictures ... every detail was helpful... I just got so much wonderful things to say I can write a book... diffently will rent from her again ..
