The property itself was nice and close to beach
The room was tiny with no decor or amenities. Not even a side table. There was no blanket, just a thin sheet on a very uncomfortable bed.

The location of the apartment, the nespresso machine, the cleanliness of the apartment, and balcony.
We liked the location of this apartment, however, the apartment was not what was listed on the original booking. Our concierge said he was "upgrading" us but this was a stand-alone apartment rather than a hotel as expected with amentities such as a pool. It appears he has "upgraded" guests in several reviews but the apartment is in a retail building with access to outdoor pool as listed in the booking. There are no photos of the apartment we stayed in online.

First of all - attention from the owner was priceless , he picked me up from the station and brought to the appartment. And as i stayed just for one night and the room was avalable he changed my room to very spacious for the same price .The house and studio is very beautiful from outside and inside , newly renovated, the nice design , very spaceus, good location 15-20 min walk to cisty centre, 3min walk from the beach. I like this place and I really reccomended to stay.

The landscape & decor in the apartment!
The neighbors above were up early so that was a disruption in sleep. Bad odor coming out of heating unit. Once it was turned off it was fine!

Beautiful place, great accommodation, great room equipment, very nice around the hotel, quiet sitting on the terrace, parking in front of the house the best! Close to the center. And above all, a wonderful welcome from Maurizio, a nice person, pleasant dealings. Thank you very much 👍

the location was great and there was a free parking spot for our car. also the staff was extremely helpful even after we told them we would do a late check in and send us all information on how to find it with images and directions.
the room was so small and we don’t really care about that but the bedsheets had hairs on it so we slept on top of the cover. for the price we paid we did not expect this small but that’s ok but the bedsheets were a deal breaker

location is the only good thing about this place
the room is tiny, so small you can not fit a suitcase. there is no breakfast, but also no fridge, coffee machine or water boiler, no cups or glasses: you can not make your own breakfast. 400 euro per night, 10m2 room, zero facilities and poorly equipped is even for st Tropez a ripoff.

Maurizio is great! So nice and helpful. Location was perfect! Pearl Beach right across the street and very close to the heart of St. Tropez. Very quaint and quiet. Great AC in each room.
