Free parking at the underground garage. Close to the U bahn and Billa. Flat was clean and well equipped.

Unfortunately, thanks to the possibility of free swimming in the local lake, the neighborhood was full of groups of aggressive and noisy immigrant teenagers.So it was not a safe environment for the family. But that's not the apartment's fault.

Very weak WiFi, fined twice for parking on the street (2x for 36E). A warning for those who come by car to buy a ticket for parking on the street in advance (9am-10pm) because not a single minute is tolerated. The host should warn the guest about this and not let him be told when this happens that the guest himself should be familiar with the rules of parking in a foreign country...? and maybe even the ticket he bought won't be valid if he parks where he shouldn't, even though it's an obvious parking spot across the street from the apartment

have never been disappointed with Vienna's hospitality, it always exactly matched the housing description provided. But this time something went wrong from the beginning. The apartment I booked appeared to look different from the pictures. There was no window the room space was not like what I expected to get. It was clearly pointed out that there would be three guests 2 adults and a child. But the extra bed they set took up much floor space leaving no room to feel comfortable. Evidently that the studio is only for two people, but it was paid for three. The real payment was higher than the cost on Booking at the time of payment (1174$ vs 1204$). I could not get into the reception building to take the parking card. Since it was the holiday I parked the car along road and was fined the next morning. There are other little things not worth mentioning.

Spacoius, clean, new apartment. Receiptonist was available via phone, and could help. Cafe capsules and herbal tee in the kitchen- thank you for it, I loved it!! Microwave oven. Could park for free, even if 500 m away.

Check in was a little cumbersome. The detailed description was correct, but to find the building in the dark, when noone is on the street, and enter the pins with the cold- icy fingers were a little challange. One door has not accepted the pin, but the receptionist answered the call immediately, and helped us immediately. If you like " exit games", you will enjoy the check in process :-) actually it was smart. But guests should be prepared to dedicate some time for it. And you need to have your smart phone available to use google map.
