Everything was amazing

Without getting into all the details, be advised that this property has been and is currently occupied by a colony of bats. For health and respiratory reasons, my family was not able to enjoy the exterior decks or yard during their stay due to bat feces. The owner was aware of the bat colony prior to my family's arrival and should have given them the option to cancel without penalties or relocate to another property if it was available. Apparently, that particular breed of bats is federally protected and cannot be removed during their breeding season. After communicating with the owner via the property manager, we were able to negotiate a partial refund of the daily rate since they did not have full use of the property. There was also a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. Someone had placed a bucket under the sink to catch the water. That was not discovered until the bucket overflowed and spilled water underneath and onto the floor, which has buckled the floor from prior spills over time. Overall, it is a beautiful house in a convenient location within walking distance to the beach. But knowing what we know, I would not recommend this location until they address those two issues.

Beautiful house a 5-minute walk from the beach and a short drive from Bay Saint Louis. Everything in the house seems new, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances, and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the skylights in the master bedroom, though I know morning sun isn't for everyone. The beach nearby was very nice with hardly any other people out. We made use of chairs and toys for the beach that were already at the house. Just a heads up: the coffee maker is a Keurig so BYO K-Cups. Lastly, Anita was very responsive to questions and requests both before and during our stay. We'd love to come back with a big group!

We stayed here for our girls trip this year. It was fabulous. I rent numerous places for girls trips and our family trips and I have to say, this place was one of the best. I will highly recommend it. The only draw back was there were no wash clothes. We had to go buy some. Other than that, it had everything else we needed and more. Highly recommend it. It even had an elevator so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

Our family vacation was enjoyed by all. This property was a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The house was well equipped and the elevator was perfect for a handicapped family member. The property manager was very attentive and helpful when we called her about how to get one of the doors locked. She came right away and explained how the locks on patio doors worked. There were actually stickers that explained how to operate a few things around the house. The house was clean but seemed like prior occupants had smoked in the house. The property manager provided us Lysol spray which was helpful. I definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Great location and property. Communication with property manager was hit or miss. Had a problem with air conditioning the first night because they must monitor it, but she fixed it. No problems after that!

Location was perfect and home was clean!

Very clean and felt like home. Close to beach but not too close. Only (minor) complaint was both propane tanks (the one for the grill and the one for the outdoor firepit) were both empty. Instructions were that you could go get propane from Lowes. I wasn't going to buy propane for the next 10 renters to use.
